We placed our order online, and when I showed up at the time they said it would be ready, it wasnt even started! I had to wait 15 more minutes before I got my food, and when I got home, I found out there was no dressing for either of the salads I got. Employees seem less than amused to see customers come into the store. I love firehouse, but the wait times and lack of employee friendliness makes me want to find a new sub place. Prices are also pretty high.

After hearing good things about Firehouse, I decided to stop in and give it a try. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. I came away a bit disappointed. The sandwich seemed small and there taste was somewhat bland. Maybe Ill try it again someday, but Im not rushing back anytime soon.

Subs arent worth writing home about, but will fill you up. Took a little more time than expected to get my order, which was kind of a pain as they werent terribly busy and it was during my lunch break. Not for if youre in a big hurry.

Good subs, cheddar brisket is probably the best. Multi flavored coke machine is fun to mess with. Lots of hot sauces but really only thing to put them on is the brisket. Nothing else the really goes with hot sauce, so its a bit odd.

Used to be much better. The service and cleanliness are a little under par lately. I am here now and the floor is sticky, dining room as a mess and the soda machine is out of ice. Maybe its a fluke or management has changed.

The store was dirty including the good being sticky, the tables dirty as well as the chairs. Could benefit from a hood scrubbing. On the positive side the food was good.

Nice people, great food, reasonably priced!! Youll never want to go back to Subway ever again!! You actually get meat with your bun at Firehouse Subs!! Lots of it!!!
