If I could give negative stars I would. Where to begin? We come in and every table is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Dirty plates piled on every table with 0 bussers to be found. I went up to an employee and asked if we could get a busser to clean off a table for my family. We waited about 5 more minutes until I saw a busser come out. I directed her to a spot. I figured, okay maybe they were super busy and theres only one busser, maybe she was washing dishes or something. (Later I find this incorrect as throughout our visit I counted 3 bussers)My husband got drinks for the family and had to go under the cabinets for drink lids and napkins. My daughter and I go to the buffet to get some pizza and the only pizza on the buffet is a couple slices of supreme, a couple slices of buffalo chicken and veggie pizza. There was a ton of empty space where all of the other pizzas were supposed to go. I again ask when the cheese or pepperoni pizza will be finished. We waited 13 minutes for plain cheese pizza. We were first in line so we wanted to make sure there was enough for all of the other people waiting (about 4 kids) so we got a couple slices and sat down. After eating those slices we go up for more. This time when we go to get a plate there is literally not a single clean plate available. This place WAS NOT PACKED. I cannot fathom the reason for all of this but by this time Im shocked. I took a picture. We wait another couple minutes until the busser brings plates. On to dessert, there were 6 trays of brownie just sitting there and not a single one was put on the buffet. The employees couldnt care less for the customers waiting, with most employees avoiding eye contact instead of trying to help. The establishment has an arcade and having a 7 year old we are bound to play in it. There was silly string literally EVERYWHERE on the ground making a mush feeling while you walk. It was disgusting. However the absolute WORST thing of all of this was when my daughter had to go into the bathroom. Her stomach started to hurt her really bad. While I was waiting I noticed something strange. There wasnt any soap. I figured they mustve ran out, like they did with everything else but.... No, this was not the case. I looked around and noticed there wasnt A SINGLE SOAP DISPENSER AT ALL. Moreover, I witnessed 2 employees leave the restroom in uniform without washing hands with soap. When the third employee came in I asked her if there was an employee restroom or if this was the only one, she informed me that no, this is the only female restroom and the mens across was the only male restroom. Out of the 20+ employees working at this CiCis I know for a FACT that AT LEAST the women didnt have soap available to wash their hands before returning back to work. I am appalled. I cant believe that this place is still open. I filed a complaint with OSHA and we will NEVER be back. My daughter is sick because of this gross place. Please do yourself a favor and find another place if you care for the health and wellbeing of your children.

Went on Friday, Oct 14 at 7pm for dinner for a treat for my kids. First time ever going to a cicis so didnt really know what to expect but was highly dissatisfied. The place was disgustingly filthy. Someone had spilled a drink in the middle of the walkway to the drink machine and instead of cleaning it up, a wet floor sign was put over it and that wet floor sign was still there when we left at 8:30. The drink area was just plain gross. Ice everywhere, spills everywhere, there werent napkins available the entire time we were there, you literally stuck to the floor walking from the drink machine to your table and several tables were left with garbage on them for a half hour or more before they were cleaned. I watched as the manager (Im assuming as she was dressed differently than the teenage employees) ignored all of these things while she devoted all of her attention to one table that she was serving beer to. (This table, might I add, was right beside the "wet floor" sign placed in the middle if the walkway to the drinks) The buffet had pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza and veggie pizza and thats it during our meal and one kind of dessert pizza and brownie. I definitely would have liked to have seen more of a selection of pizza like they advertise on tv. When we went to the game room, we saw drink spilled on the skeeball machine and left there and several games out of order. But the real agitation in the game room was the prize counter. Let me remind you we were there on a Friday night (usually a busy night for restaurants) We waited in line at the prize counter for almost 30 minutes as 1 teenage girl handed out prizes to 2 tween girls with thousands of tickets a piece to redeem, 20 or 30 tickets at a time. Never once did she call for help as the line backed up to 10 or so people behind these 2 girls. We went to this restaurant with excitement and high expectations. We left disappointed and even the kids saying they dont want to go back.

It was clean and of course new looking, but the bowling games were broken and the staff could have been a little bit friendlier or happier. There was a piece of someones hair on the beats in my salad, so that ended my buffet. If you want to turn in tickets for prizes you have to go find someone. I was not impressed with the pizza but it wasnt bad. The pucks on the air hockey games were the worst I have ever seen as they were to light and did not stay flat while playing like most do. Im fine with throwing away our own trash and putting our dishes away, but I dont want to be grossed out by food bring stuck on the small ring from the people before me. The entry to dump the trash needs to be bigger please. Also, to put our dishes into a full bin of dirty dishes I dont want to touch, but Im not going to just drop my plate into either, was scary too. So maybe not let the bin get too full. Other than that, the little kids liked it. Teenager not so much on the pizza. I do like how they are open later than the previous pizza places that were there. Its cheap and therefore was also a little busier than the previous place.

Weve been to other Cicis before, & this is a much bigger location than most. It really seemed like the place was overrun with wild kids (somewhat the model of places like this, Chucky Cheese, etc.). It felt like the staff were overwhelmed though; they couldnt seem to keep up with all the madness. There were tables left unclean for awhile, spills that sat a bit longer than youd expect, & generally just felt like they couldnt stay on top of all the havoc being caused. Maybe thats because it was a Saturday, but it was a bit chaotic. The food was typical Cicis quality - nothing amazing, but decent quality food. The arcade here is MUCH better than any other Cicis Ive been to before though. Its HUGE! They have tons of games of all kinds, & even a mini bowling alley! Its a lot of fun for kids AND adults... but bring some Lysol wipes or hand sanitizer (we think we got sick from this). Overall, not a bad experience. Wish parents would tend to their kids better (even just a *little*); the staff arent babysitters & its not a daycare.
