I am a former employee at buffalo wild wings, which is part of the reason why im so happy to write this review. It was so bad that i only worked there for a total of TWO MONTHS! It was that bad. First of all let me start of with saying that this is THE WORST place to eat. To begin with, the servers and hosts will eat your food before AND after it gets to you. When your server says that the kitchen is a little backed up they really mean to say "hey im really hungry and you just ordered my favorite food, so im going to steal a few bites." ***SPOILER ALERT PICKLE CHIPS ARE THE NUMBER ONE THAT THEY STEAL*** and when i said that they eat after you, yes after you leave the restaurant they pick off whatever you didnt eat. Next, When you ask for a certain flavor and they accidentally give you the wrong flavor, they dont cook up new wings, they just RE SPIN the wings. So congratulations you now have wasabian Asian zing. GROSS. Also please dont EVER EVER EVER order anything that requires silverware. Unless you bring your own silverware then go right ahead. But when it all comes down to it, they dont wash the silverware. just spray it down and hope that the food particles get washed away. There has been countless of times when i was wrapping the silverware and i spot a dirty fork, and the manager says "just roll it, they wont notice." Lastly the SODA machines!!!! dont... just dont... i wouldnt be surprised if someone contracted a disease from them. the soda machine closest to the bar is THE WORST. When i used to work there i had to open a few times, and every time i had to set up the machine for the day it made me want to throw up. it was so bad. like mold, or... i cant even tell you. its just so bad.

Were not normally one to complain or write a bad review, especially because we both work in customer service. My husband and I order from this Buffalo Wild Wings regularly. There are times it is good and times its bad. This particular time it was very bad. I called in the order and had the cashier read it back to me and it was written down correctly. My husband went to pick it up (not knowing what we had ordered). He came home with most of the order totally wrong. We called the manager on duty today (7.1.17) and told him about what had happened. We obviously understand that people make mistakes but to have most of our order wrong when we were already home was a huge inconvenience. My husband explained that we are not complainers and werent looking for a full refund but to at least apologize and maybe send us a free app for next time we come in. The manager on duty was rude and blamed my husband for not knowing our order when he picked it up because it is their policy to show us the food before we take it home. Is it too much to ask for their workers to double check the receipts and the food in the bags before they give it to the customer? Instead of naming off whats on top of the boxes and showing it to the customer? He also said that there is nothing that he could do for us, which we both know is a lie. While we both work in customer service we know repeat business is the key to a restaurants success. We will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Man I wish I would have read the reviews. I give it a solid 1 Star. The server tried. You could see he was not properly trained Its a Sunday night at 10:45 when we arrived. They had 7 tables and 4 at the bar, so it was empty considering the size. Sat ourselves. Server arrived at standard time. Took the order incorrectly as far as what was delivered. Ordered skinless strip with lemon pepper rub and Honey BBQ, 10 Medium qty of bone in wings 10 Mango Habanero and 5 Lemon Pepper Teriyaki done extra crispy. Only the Mango Habanero came out with correct sauce and a bit undercooked for extra crispy. Gets worse when the skinless tenders were dry with no rub or sauce. They brought the rub out as a side. Who in there right minds would do that. Had to ask for ranch 3 different times after the order was placed and at the table. Server was at least attentive but slow. Manager was not adequate at support. Place had a number of tables still uncleare or cleaned. Disappointed as I enjoy BWW near me in St Petersburg, Pinellas Park and Largo. This place has fallen since Eric the old manager who opened the location was here. SAD SAD SAD

Went there for lunch and ordered some boneless wings...20 minutes later the server brings out normal ("boned") wings. I tell him I ordered boneless, he gives me the "no you didnt, but ill make the change anyways" look and goes back to put in the order. 20 minutes later, still no wings. I tell the manager that I have to be somewhere in 15 minutes and he says the wings will be out within 5 minutes. 10 minutes later the wings come out, I tell the manager this is BS and to box them up, expecting the manager to do the right thing and offer some sort of compensation. Manager brings the bill, and not only was it for the full amount, but it had an extra wrap that I never ordered. All in all, I got to walk in late to an important meeting at work, and then ate my cold wings which I paid full price for. Stay away from this place.

My first Buffalo Wild Wings. I was surprised to like the layout with all of the TVs everywhere, and the food was OK. The staff, however, appeared disinterested at best, and more accurately, they were dismissive. Its not that they didnt show up. Its that -- from the waitress to the food runners -- an air if "whatever" about the entire experience. When we arrived, there was a ten-to-fifteen minute wait. When we were seated (during that time period) we discovered that the restaurant was more than half empty. This occurred during the busy time in the Tampa area, which says to me that someone on management did not have the foresight to schedule appropriate staffing. Maybe that could account for the staffs lousy attitude.

Waiter was sweet but inexperienced. There was less then 50 people in the place and took longer then should to get drinks. Order was wrong. Ordered boneless wings got bone in wings. So then we had to wait again to get the right order. No apology from manager or offers due to inconvenience which I thought was pretty unprofessional. Then I ordered a side of fries, they never came. Wings were over cooked when we finally did get the right order. I was pretty disappointed as I have been to many bww. And now after this experience I dont want to go to any of them. Surprised this place is still open the experience was so crappy.

As a local, I come here from time to time. Usually it is to meet up with friends, have a beer and watch a sports event. First, the pluses. One of the big draws to this location is UFC. They get all the PPV fights, so it is popular and crowded, but fun and energetic, a great atmosphere. Beer selection is great and at a great value as well. Lots of TV screens so you can see your event from any place in the venue. Now for the minuses, and there is really only one: The food. Its terrible. Awful. Lots of room for improvement. The wings are okay, but just okay. This could be a 4-5 star place if the food were better.
