Good: Food was awesome and actually enjoyed my meal. Not too expensive especially in a sit down diner. The service was fast maybe because its 5pm on a sunday. Bad: I do not want the lady that served us. She is the only one working in that shift together with the man that works on the grill. She is definitely rude and unprofessional with me and my friend. I actually never encountered a service like hers. I believe she is trying to crack some jokes with me but ended up offending me in a manner that made me insecure about myself. She is very awkward to the point that I feel like even asking for a refill for a drink makes it very hard for her. Note: Go to a place that will treat you right AND will serve you an awesome meal that will worth your money and time. Therefore, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Gross kitchen! Shouldnt they be wearing gloves and not touching EVERYTHING with their hands? Including toast, waffles, hair, apron, notepads, pens, cash! Being dirty in the kitchen when you cant see it is another thing.. The food was good as always so for food I would give this place a 4/5 but for the dirtiness right in front of you where you can see everything I would give it a 0/5. Health department should check this place out. At least use tongs!!

Showed up two days in a row, Thursday and Friday. We were tourists from kCMO. They did an amazing job of customer service and interaction, they were clean and organized with a good teamwork and communication between them. We were seated quickly even though it seemed like it would be a long wait. If your a tourist around her by your hotel, ypubshoyld definitely try this place out

I went here for breakfast February 25, 2017. It looked crowded at first, but there was some open seating and the hostess pretty much let me seat myself. I was served faster than I had ever been at any other Waffle House in the country. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle and I also got some coffee to drink. I was in and out in no more than half an hour. I love Waffle House so much.

We received a pleasant welcome from all the staff on the way in. To be fair it looks dated in here but it felt like a retro American diner. Waffle house clearly is a classic American institution and I liked the place. The breakfast was nice enough and I would eat here again. I would have tipped Christie but didnt have any spare cash (Sorry).

Was asked to leave because I went there to study and only ordered coffee. Mind you, this was late at night and there was only one other person there-- so it wasnt because they needed space. Will never go back to this or any other awful- house.

Honestly the food was fine but the wait staff are TERRIBLE. They have been slamming dishes around since we got here and now they are playing music like its a nightclub at 1pm. We wont be back.
