This waffle house has excellent food and the employees and waiters are quite friendly and welcoming. This seems to be a very productive location with many people and tourists coming and going. There are many other restaurants on the same street, but this one seems superior to most of them according to the productivity. It makes total sense, because the atmosphere is totally positive and will serve a great start to your day. One employee in particular, her name is Danielle, seems like the one who really keeps the place running. Shes friendly, professional, polite and very quick. So if you stop by, be sure to ask about Danielle.

I came here with my family at 10 at night because every other restaurant on the strip was closed, so yes we were hungry and taste wasnt our top priority, BUT this place knocked it outta the park with its fast diner food, breakfast 24 hrs a day, and incredibly kind and attentive service. I mean the guy noticed, while he was helping another group, that my ketchup bottle was running empty and he promptly have me a new one. If all options fail, you wont be disappointed with Waffle House.

Food was good. Host was rude and openly mocked the way I spoke. He realized hed upset me the first time and made some excuse, then actually tried it a second time. What kind of idiot makes a mistake that upsets people, then keeps doing it? If they fire this guy the place could be a good 3 or 4. For now? 1 star and I wont be returning. Pick another breakfast place, there are tons in this area.

I mean its waffle House; so you dont expect any high class establishment. The food is good as always. Never felt this way before but the cleanliness seemed questionable. Also a lot of the employees seems like they hated their job. One employee even said "Im stuck until I get paid more money. I dont make enough money. Which I totally feel. That sucks. Pay your workers more waffle house

This Waffle House is like a set on Happy Days. It was built in the 50s yet is one of the cleanest and well run diners I have ever eaten at! If you like eggs cooked to order served by a stealer team of restaurant professionals, you will love love this diner. It is situated directly across the street from a beautiful beach. I give it 5 Starts.

After going to many wafile houses over the years this one is the best. Recently renovated its the cleanest Ive ever seen one be, and the servers actually help one another as a team, great food (Kevin was the cook) and great service from Jessica and Cupcake (yes her name IS cupcake) friendly manager also. Best breakfast on the beach.

One of the best Waffle Houses Ive been to. The crew working there had amazing chemistry and were interesting to watch; it was like breakfast with a show. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with a large hash brown on the side and it was great. Would go back when I visit Treasure Island again.

Its had been forever since I stepped in a Waffle House. I forgot how I love it. There is something about the coffee. I had an Apple crumble waffle and it was sweet and tart just perfect even without the syrup. The waitress was a great and I ate Breakfast there everyday while staying at the Beach!

Place was busy this particular morning. An early arrival of a truck that needed unloading and took a couple of staff away from the kitchen. These are the kind of people you want working for you! They each stepped up, without a complaint, and got the job done. Great teamwork!

Food was ok except for the cold gravy, it ended up in the trash after 1 bite...i think the problem was there were 4 waitresses, ..however only one was working...really upset me and my wife....we have enjoyed everg waffle house restaurant except for this one...

I used to call this place ," awful house." Ive been 3 times recently and I have to take back my insult. The manager was awesome. The door guy is the coolest. Always happy and singing and dancing. Food was hot and much better then I remembered.

I ordered the famous pecan waffle and the egg breakfast. Everything was perfect and I showed Michael that this particular Waffle House had a very high rating and he was the reason why. He was so professional and it was so fast and so good!

This is a waffle house with standard fare. The do a good job of serving good food at reasonable prices. They are always open, you can count on the menu, the servers being friendly & good, but this is by no means fine dining

Thinking of breakfast or lunch, stopped at the Waffle House. Very nice waitress. Delicious food. Perfect location for us, because were wished to visit the Gulf Coast beach and and entrance was right across the street.

I rarely visit waffle house but this one was nice. It was really clean and well maintained. Or server was one of the most polite people ever. The good was fast and good. Granted it was 1 AM so dont hold me to it!

Pleasantly surprised - a very affordable place, with simple and well prepared food. I would definitely go there again if in the area. The coffee was excellent, and I liked the grits a lot too.

my blueberry waffles were excellent but unfortunately my friend had the strawberry waffles and they were fake artificially flavored waffles that tasted like cheap strawberry pop tarts... nasty

Waffle House is what it is, but the people in Waffle House is what makes it a fun place. Bree is the greatest server ever. She is fun, funny and always makes sure your taken care of.

Known for pancakes and hash browns. Everything was good. Well, waffle did resemble those frozen eggo waffles. Alittle annoyed by the lack of waffle menu choices.
