My family ordered 4 meals 2 of them the crispy chicken sandwich, my son noticed that part of his sandwich was pink with red veins. I took it up and requested a new sandwich cooked extra done. The nice girl at the counter took the partial sandwich and said no problem. While waiting at a booth a woman who I assume to be the manager decided to come into the lobby and make a scene. She was very condescending stating that it wasnt raw and it is pink because it isnt processed food. My sandwich didnt have that and I have never seen the crispy chicken sandwich look like that before. I wasnt trying to get anything for free or complain about anything else just wanted my son to be able to eat what I paid for. But she was insistent, so long story short my son didnt want to eat the pink chicken sandwich he left hungry because she wanted to be right. So they saved the price of a chicken patty and I will be telling everyone about the DQ at the Etna exit. I have worked in food service myself and I dont see why they couldnt just give him a different chicken sandwich. Even if she was right, it was not appetizing to look at and he wouldnt eat it the way it came.

I visited the store before a few weeks and came to know that the management is taken over by the new owners. And I could see the change in the entire management. I am a professor by profession and could see the change implemented successfully. The team of new owners interacted well with me and shared their process of bringing change to all the possible practices in the store. The service and quality both were excellent.

While the staff are friendly, the food quality has gone down. I literally spent $15 to feed my dogs because we couldnt choke down the food. The burger had a weird after taste, bottom of the bun was soggy, the bacon was floppy and rubbery and the lettuce was brown. They also now charge $1 for a pup cup when it used to be free. I wont be eating here again any time soon.

I stopped by there about 4 years ago and that was my last time stopping there. The female employees there acted like a bunch of whiny little bitches complaining about 10 minute breaks. If you hate your job there, find another one, its that simple. Dont make your customers miserable just beacuse you are...smh

Upset customers get no satisfaction. Underemployed staff get no recognition. New selfish owners shunned away original staff and gave hours to their relatives. Upped the prices and cut back on proportions... Unappreciated customers are paying for the "new updates"... Terrible!

I give this 5 stars because management changed and it really showed. The service is fast the people are nice and the store looks more clean then before. Keep up the good work.

Mainly they were mean and the back looked very dirty. Plus u have to feel sorry for the cook in the back, all the girls do the ice cream and the one cook does all the food.
