Awful Neva again! If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. The hot dogs were disgusting and fries was a little bit cold. I was looking forward to some good ol chilli dogs, but what I got was 3 chilli dogs that had some long onions on them. The onions was sauteed warmed up or grilled (reallyOnAChillidogTho) a chilli dog suppose to have fresh raw chopped up onions on them just like on the drive thru window. And my hot dogs was soggy. I will never return to another A&W again.

Awful. The first time I went the drive through it took 31 minutes from ordering until I received my food. The food was cold by the time I got it. The second time, the order stand didnt work and a piece of paper covered it that said to go to the window. 20 minutes of waiting we get to the window and the worker tells us that its cash only. Unacceptable. Poor excuse to be called an A&W. I will never order here again.

The food was okay. However, they lock the dining room up at 8:00pm. This was a huge turnoff for me due to the fact that I had a fairly large order and did not want to use the drive thru. On top of that, they closed the ice cream machine down way before they closed. Seemed kind of ironic that I was at a root beer stand and cannot get a root beer float.

Sunni was great and was really the only one working. I ordered shrimp and 4 were barely cook and 2 were burned. Fries were stale. No one wears hair nets. Floors were gross and they only had 2 customers. Staff were on Their phones. Food was gross. Dont do it...Just go across to white castle!!

This place is sorry as hell, I truly mean that. Ice cream machine stay down & drive thru is at least a 30-40 minute wait. Staff outside smoking cigarettes while 7 or 8 cars are in the line waiting for freshly prepared hot food smh lol, its a joke .... A V O I D THIS PLACE

Worst customer service ever. I was ignored for over 10 minutes before they realized I hadnt even ordered yet. There were no lids for regular cups and no napkins in the dispensers. The only saving grace was that my burger and fries were tasty when I FINALLY got them.

Fries tasted old... Kitchen was filthy and there wasnt any other customers. The cashier didnt know what a Root beer shake was AND as Im pleased and upset at the same damn time I got a senior citizen discount.

This is a poor excuse for food. We were told we had to wait for fresh burgers, got them home and they were cold and burnt, no flavor to them at all. Got onion rings 4 in the box. Horrible wont ever return

Worst place ever. Dont go. Went to drive thur , waited 15 minutes. Was told to go to the other side waited another 15 minutes. Went inside food just sitting there. Dont gooooooo
