This place should be closed permanently. I enjoy Taco Bell as much as the next guy, but this location is BAD. During my last visit, my wife ordered 3 items for me and brought them home. Two of the three had gigantic black hairs in them. One hair I can see...it can happen...but TWO? When I decided to return to the store to complain, the 18 year old "manager" took the items to the back, along with the hair, and informed the food prep staff. There was a lot of smiling and laughing going on when they were told. Lo and behold, the girl prepping the food had longer dark hair and was wearing a hairnet. How might TWO hairs fall into food when a hairnet was being worn? Deliberately placed there? There are reviews for this Taco Bell on other services where someone found a FOOD PREP GLOVE in their food. To be honest, I have to wonder if the staff at this Taco Bell make a sport of putting objects in the food they prepare. Steer clear.

Lady in drive thru seemed like she did not want to be there at all by the tone of her voice aside from that food was really good no issues except they forgot a nacho and salsa and as much as I wanted to go up and complain my gas isnt worth that $1.50 snack but they were not that busy. I can understand mistakes will happen but if you go to eat here check your food before you pull away that was my mistake today thinking all my food i had paid for would be there.

Unfortunately this taco bell has now messed up our order twice and when we called to have this corrected nobody answered. We dont live close to this location so going back is not high on our list of priorities but I wouldnt recommend this place

Its a hit or miss kind of place. Often times the drive thru is closed before posted business hours. Typically the order is made correctly, but its certainly more infrequent than other fast food chains.

This is the slowest taco Bell I have ever been to and without fail, they get the drive thru order wrong every time. Its just a bunch of kids working there who dont care.

The slowest restaurant Ive ever been to. Literally takes longer than authentic, sit-down Mexican restaurants. Orders are usually wrong and there is no hustle at all.
