Ive been to SIP for the launch, the soft opening, and the grand opening, and Im so impressed with Sip85s food and service! The steaks are amazing - if youve never seen a Black Angus Tomahawk cut, youre in for a treat! I love the Neuske Bacon, Crispy Brussels Sprouts (has pancetta and parmesan), Pancetta Wrapped Shrimp, Lamb Lollipops, Truffle Mac & Cheese, and the Sip Dusted Wings are smoked and dusted in this ridiculous seasoning that makes you crave it beyond whats reasonable. Make sure you arrive early as the seating is very limited, but its well worth it.

This little jewel has become a "go to" place for my wife and I. They opened up in the old Starbucks location and turned it into the best local spot for exquisite dining. You get a menu that is perfectly executed every time. You get a wait staff that is fun and energetic, not to mention very responsive. You also get food that is out of this world good! The bartenders kick major butt as well. This chef knows his stuff in the kitchen and you can actually see them make the magic happen from your table. Go there, eat, thank me later :)

The tomahawk steaks were not quite what we expected, somewhat bland. One was really fatty, only 60% edible. All the food was kind of on the greasy/oily side, guessing this has more to do with the chefs style of cooking than anything. The Mac n cheese truffle was especially oily and was predominantly aged cheese which left something to be desired... The purple mashed potatoes were delicious as well as the salad, very fresh. The burger was dry/bland. Service was, however, great.

Great food, great atmosphere, great beer, great wine. Chef does an amazing job and the staff is fun and friendly. My wife and I been here several times and have enjoyed his specials thoroughly. My only complaint is that I think their pricing is a little on the high side...
