If I could give a negative number for this place I would! If theyre “Driving Toward Success” which is their business motto then they are seriously FAILING at this location! First of all the music was so loud I could barely hear my self think. Second, the person taking our order we could barely understand. Once or order was completed she asked if it was correct. As I am saying No she keeps on, gives total and then she was gone. We hit the button trying to get someones attention to let then know that our order was wrong. After a minute my husband went and told them. As he was doing do he said it was more than we had planned on spending (more than in our account) and asked if we could split up the payment. He was told “you can pay for that any way you want." So now here comes out food (40 minutes later!)... Guess what. You can only pay with either cash or charge not both, we were rudely told. So we gave them the food back. To which the waitress started yelling at me for doing so, telling me not to throw it at her when I was simply handing it back. My husband then called the manager who hung up on him, so I called back. She hung up on me add well! I will be calling corporate to tell them what LOVELY employees they have and how proud they should be of this location. I for one will starve before I go back to this place!

I have a gift card with $29 left on it. I havent gone back for months. Even tho its free for me, with the card, its not worth the ten mile drive. The food is okay, if they get the order right. And the freaking credit /gift card slot is so hard to use, especially from the car. I tried several times and couldnt get the card out in time, cuz I couldnt keep a grip on it. The server had trouble with it, too. He finally had the manager come out and punch in some code then entered the card number. What a hassle! After all that, they messed up my order. The kid was apologetic and offered to fix it, but by that time I was tired of the hassle and the waiting. He even apologized for the wait, because they were waiting on the tater tots. I had ordered onion rings, not tots. I have never, in my life, ordered tater tots. I dont like them. I never will. But I hate them because...the wait. And I was hungry. Next time Ill make them give me a new meal instead of letting the burger get cold and the ice to melt in the soda while I wait for the right side order. Damn. Ill stick to just stopping by when Im in the area for a Coke. I will say they have a really good bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich!

I had the WORSE service at this Sonic. I have never gotten so frustrated trying to get FAST food. It took 20 minutes before they even took my order. Then everytime I ordered an item they said "one moment" and there went another minute. Then they managed to mess up my order on top of it. I paid $3.69 for my 3 piece chicken strip and they were the size of their jumbo popcorn chicken and when I told the girl she didnt do anything about it or even apologize once. It isnt diffcult working at a fast food resturant but these girls seemed to make it seem impossible. I will NEVER be back to this location because this certainly wasnt the first time, this was just the time that pushed my paitence way to far!!!

We got 4 shakes and they were good, no complaints there. But trying to order them was a different story. The speak system at our ordering station was both hard to understand and hard to hear. And on top of that when we did finally get our shakes I asked if the shakes where labeled in some way as to what they where. And instead of answering me the server or runner just retold us what each shake was. (The answer is no they arent labeled and the server was wrong on 2x of them). Update: after another attempt at this location and choosing another order stall. I have to say both the ordering speaker system and the people taking your order both need some work done on them.

Ive eaten at this location a few times but this will be the last any snack/appetizer item Ive ordered has been cold or hard as a rock. My own turds are probably warmer than the cheese sticks I just ate. They are consistently slow at this location and Ive had to return food multiple times with everything from fries just doused in salt to shakes that I ordered with cookies or candy in them that they just lazily sprinkled at the top and dont bother to blend. Pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant AT BEST. If there was an option for an infinite amount of negative stars that just continues forever in a downward spiral that would be what this place would get.

Prices are expensive for what you could get at Swansons Drive-in in Independence, Oh down the street. At least there its a real drive in with half the price and more personable. The Service here was crappy and food was old. They turned the lights out on us. Not like the 1950s-60s at all. I could have went to Burger King across the street for better food as well. They charged .60 cents for a cup of water and I spent $22.05 for two Burger Meals. Damn!

Heres a shout-out to the night staff on Saturday, July 5th. Thanks for closing early, your extreme laziness is greatly appreciated. I guess I shouldnt expect anything more from minimum-wage employees, but this is still extremely inconvenient, as basically nothing in Parma is open that late. Maybe the franchise manager/owner should consider resolving this, as the staff literally stopped our group halfway through ordering 10 minutes before closing.

Okay let me just say this is THE WORST food ever. Hot dogs are so sloppy and completely just wrong, burgers are literally bread with a piece of meat the thickness of paper. And popcorn chicken is hard AS ROCKS. The fries were old and cold just awful, just awful never again will I eat here. And its OVERPRICED. You want a good drive in restaurant? Swensons! This place is awful and overpriced just so disappointing.

Mostly bad experiences with this location. Every time I order something they dont make it properly and then lie about the reasons why. Its frustrating to say the least because there is not another Sonic near me. For whatever reason, this has been happening the last 6 or 7 times Ive been there. Its usually something small and petty, but after happening repeatedly its enough to notice a pattern.

I know this rating isnt exactly fair because the reason I wont give it more than 3 stars is actually one of the reasons people frequent these places. Eating in the car...ugh...I HATE eating in the car. I dont know why, but it just doesnt work for me. I love the food here and the service is decent, but if there were a sit down, Id be there more often. Sorry Sonic.

I normally love Sonic and would have loved to have had it for lunch except this one only has one spot in the front wide enough to accommodate a truck and there is an employee car parked too close next to it to get a truck in a white Oldsmobile to be exact so when something like this happens I find myself going next door to Wendys and highly disappointed
