First, we tried to go through the drive thru and was told it wasnt open because of "blind mosquitoes." So we went inside and tried to place an order. The young lady was seeming in another world as it took her a few attempts to get my simple order correct. I then watched as the 4 person crew messed up on 4 orders in a row. Then watched two of them find other things to do besides fix the mistakes or take the next order. One made a few unnecessary comments about how she was about to say sorry to her fellow employees but she was about to be out of here. Then I stood and watched one of the remaining two employees start one order and stand for the entire time the cookies were in the oven. Instead of doing the next order. During this whole time there was an older lady employee that would come out start something then disappear into the back without finishing it then come back and forth with or without a telephone.. I then attempted to purchase one of the mistakes they had made, a couple of brownies, which apparently the young man couldnt grasp the concept of. Then I somehow ended up paying $8 for 2 brownie somethings.. I say somethings because a 5th employee came up front and put lids on them, placed them into a bag side ways, the turned them upright and it all fell together. Just an absolutely horrible visit..

They dont even deserve the one star I have. I love DQ but I have never had a good experience at this location. Every time o go through their drive through the wait is 20 minutes or more. Tonight I got in like at 8:10, ordered at 8:15, pulled to the window at 8:20 and I just now got my icecream cone after sitting at the window waiting for 20 whole minutes. For one icecream cone. Not even a blizzard or special drink. It took the crew 20 minutes to put icecream in a cone. I am highly dissappiunted in this location and their employees and I recommend driving to Ocala or altamonte to get your DQ fix. The drive would probably be shorter than the time youd wait in like here.

Well first Ill say the staff was nice.... Austin was super apologetic concerning my wait time... I pass by This Dairy queen once a month and man it sounded awesome today, I left the villages and waited to eat here.... I ordered and it took twelve minutes to get my food, upsetting but I really wanted to eat done DQ... I ran back to my truck started off to my next destination since my time to eat had been dedicated to waiting for my food, I bit into the sandwich not two minutes after leaving... stone cold.... after waiting 12 minutes my burger is stone cold disgusting, how is this even possible? .... I tried to call the store twice and no answer....

Staff attitude was horrible when i asked young lady to repeat order back to me because she said i ordered something i didnt she gave me a attitude then proceeded to give me my ice creams in a sandwich bag i pulled ice cream out to give to my kids and it was all melted and sundaes were melted into the lids to the point it got all over me when i opened them this was a disapointing family trip for me as well as my four small children who were so excited to try new blizzards ... that ended up being melted

Normally the service and food is great here. Not today though as there were a bunch of young people working and two of them were Im assuming on a break. One of the girls smeared and flung ice cream all over the other workers apron. Then it landed on the floor. Neither one of them cleaned it up and continued to play around, be loud and one of them even said a curse word. That is definitely not leaving a good impression on ours or any other young child that comes into the establishment.

Very dirty and un-kept. The bathrooms, tables, chairs and booths are far from clean and sanitary. The employed youth running the location are far from caring about these items. One wonders how the kitchen where food is prepared could be any better. When profits for this local proprietor are the familys main concern over sanitation, health concerns and a staff that should undergo customer relations trouble and sickness are on their way.

Used to go here all the time service was great blizzards were great staff was great. But this last year with all the young girls working there service is terrible went tonight fur example and the girl working the window was rude, blizzards were melted after waiting in line15 minutes. And to make it all worse me and my boyfriend both got really bad stomach aces after. We will never be eating there again.

Good food and ice cream. I have noticed a trend with DQ that they are putting less flavoring in the blizzards. I ordered a strawberry blizzard and it had little taste and only slightly pink. I asked for some extra flavoring and they gave it to me to add myself. Easy fix but should be correct when they give it to you. Chili dogs are really good here. Go and Enjoy.

You may think that being the only one around may make the service worse since people dont have anywhere else to go, but thats not the case here. Friendly staff makes this place even better. They certainly hire people who want to work and provide great customer service. Oh yeah, the food and ice cream are great too!

We recently went here and the staff was offputting. We were the only ones there and ordered 3 different types of blizzards. Mine was not right. When I handed it back to say it wasnt the salted caramel truffle I ordered (it was peanut butter cups), I he said "but this is what you ordered". We wont go back.

While Nate was trying to operate a register, 6 customers walked out. Our 3 blizzard took an ungodly amount of time. I am still waiting, while waiting for the blizzards, and writing this review. Wont be back. Only 3 customers, all have theirs, blizzards have arrived, not frozen but drinkable.

25 minute drive thru wait just for my order to be wrong and my 3 year olds food missing. Called to let the manager know and then, all I get is excuses from the manager. What the Hell happened to customer service. I will not be returning again. And will recommend the same to everyone I know

From the outside it looks like it was be a real dump.. but when you go inside its been totally renovated.. Food is cooked to order.. very yummy. The ice cream is pretty good too! :) Although the people really dont have much personality.

Avoid!! We all ordered the same thing and Almas charged one of us an extra dollar because they ran out of small cups. I explained that wasnt out fault but she just rudely stated that was the way it was. We definitely will NOT be back!!

Great "real" food for a fast food joint. A hamburger actually looks like something you would get in a diner, real chicken and not processed nuggets, everyone is friendly and the ice-cream is good. A great fast lunch.

The BBQ sandwich is sinfully delicious and the chicken basket with gravy is a must try. Of course the Banana Split is awesome as well but they no longer put pineapple or nuts on it :(
