Every time you go there. You have to wait forever. Food is horrible. Management is ridiculous. They screw your order up constantly and then they dont wanna do anything about it but make you drive all the way back there so they can fix it. I mean are you paying for our time and gas wasted. Its your fault fix it. Yes we have been there numerous times because there is nothing around here and McDonalds is just as bad but you are far by worse! I highly doubt after this experience this time I will go back. $500 for a medium blizzard that is the size of my sundae and my order is jacked! Get it together. Its not rocket science to work with food and wait on customers. Treat people the way you want to be treated and you might have a successful business! What a damn joke!

DQs are hard to find it seems. Theres only a couple in stark county, and its great that Canal Fulton has one. The ice cream is always good, food actually tastes like its cooked on a grille and not in a microwave. Never really had any issues with this place. Staff has always been friendly and kind. Nice to see this place is still around!

Terrible customer service. They refused to give me any sauce with my meal and then the manager and the employee both got an attitude with me and said that you can only get sauce with chicken strips not burgers or chicken sandwiches. Will not be back.
