I ordered a meal and did not want or did not order a drink. They charged me $1 plus tax for the drink on my bank card. When I mentioned this the employee did not apologize or admit she was wrong. Her only reply was "I owe you a dollar" and pulled out the bill from the drawer and handed it to me. Now the state also charges tax only on the drink and not the food. 7% tax was not refunded to me. I didnt realize this until after I left. I wont be returning to this dq anymore even though theyve had my business for the past 20 years. Be aware of what they charge or over charge you.

They had an employee that was nasty to us about changing the babies diaper in a booth. NOT even a stinky diaper. But have NO CHANGING AREA! He jumped my daughter as we were leaving. When she was alone. I went back in when I heard him being nasty and heard his rude commets. So DONT go with your babies. We will not be back. And would never recommend anyone with a family to go there.

The service is always friendly. The food is hit or miss and sloppily made. The amount of food you get for the price is not a great value (unless getting a $5 lunch box). A small order of onion rings cost $1.99 and only contained 5 onion rings, which breaks down to 40¢ per piece. Id rather eat somewhere with a dollar menu and get more for my money.

I went here, I placed my order and all I got was two chocolate cones and pay for it I stood there for a few minutes and the girl comes back and tell me Im sorry I forgot we are out of cones how do you forget you are out of cones and in stead of offering something else she offers to give me my money back to go some where else

They dont use gloves when making your food. The manager says well they dont handle the money so they dont need gloves! What is wrong with the place? One of the crew members was eating in the drive thru window. And they tried to microwave my sandwich. Not fresh. Calling the helth inspector.

changing my 3 star to a 1 star. The manager is very friendly and helpful but not the employees, they are rude and short (even when it is their own fault a customer is upset) and you can tell they dont care about the customers.
