My thing is that I just dont understand how if the food is basically already prepared, why do I always have to wait either in the drive thru line or inside. I ordered a salad (which are already made and put in the plastic containers) with chicken on it. I waited over five minutes for them to put a piece of dried out chicken patty on it. I was the only one in line inside and there was one car in the drive thru. I just dont get why I must always wait an unusual amount of time for everything. Not to mention I ordered the "chicken Caesar" and I had two different people ask me what kind of dressing I wanted. Dude, thats why its called a chicken caesar , for the caesar dressing. Either way, its a bunch of teenagers that just dont care and are not motivated to do a good job. Thats the problem with this country, teens feel entitled and do not work hard anymore. Spoiled by mom and dad, they think that working is beneath them.

Food was mangled, soda tasted like the machine hadnt been cleaned in decades (like mold or something was growing inside it). I filled out the customer survey on their website, left the contact information and checked "email" for the contact preference. Someone called me. She left a voicemail saying, "Im reading your comments in my mail and it says here that you had some problems and ... oh ... you wanted to be contacted by email. Um... my email is ... um ... down right now, so Im calling you ..." If her email were actually down, how is she reading it? Im not fond of being lied to. While BK might be good food in other areas, the stores in and around Cleveland are horrible. This is the worst of them.

To keep it simple, its fast food, so the stuff already isnt great, but they either seem to be really slow here or mess up your order even if you make it obvious what you want and dont want. The experience heres not putrid, but it aint much more.

An OK place. I really like the chicken fries. However do not get the chicken nuggets!!! They are the worst chicken nuggets I have ever had. You are better off going to the grocery store and getting them frozen. I wish Burger King had done that.

The staff is very nice and they make my food my way! North Royalton Burger King had major fire. Open now after 10 - 12 weeks of repairs.

One of the worst if not THE worst burger kings ever. Dry, cold cheese slapped on stale buns cardboard meat. Just awful.
