Pathetic and unprofessional the 2 times weve stopped in. WHY CANT THEY FIGURE THIS OUT??? One cashier trying (slowly) to manage a line out the door (OPEN THE OTHER REGISTERS PLEASE), staff standing in place rather than cleaning up tables, call-in/online orders line wont take your order all while angry customers back up even further... Okay, we tried the call-in option last week. EIGHTEEN MINUTES OF RINGING AND AUTO-HOLD. Never was answered. NEVER!! Get a competent manager in to train or FIRE those who cant comprehend how to work. DO SOMETHING TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS! Walk the line, taking orders on a handheld device. Greet customers at the door and let us know youre working to speed things up. Clean tables quickly. Keep the drink/condiment station supplied!!! Its dirty and empty

I think the quality of the ingredients is pretty good, and I have had a some really tasty dishes. None of the food is really authentic, if that is what you are looking for. My main problem with this restaurant is the service. Right now, lots of people are trying it out because it is new. The staff has not been trained adequately. They can not take orders efficiently, and they can definitely not make your orders quickly. 45 minutes to an hour for fast casual is ridiculous. I will wait for the new restaurant excitement to die down before I give them another try.

The line is literally wrapped around into the guest seating area with customers waiting to order. Ordering over phone isnt an option as when you call you get a busy signal. They have one person on the register while three food runners are standing around talking, with their hands in their pockets, and one more person waiting around to load the bags for takeout orders. The location near Coconut Point is 100x better service than this place. Next time Ill make the extra 15 minute drive and go there.

I love the convenient location of this store and I visit frequently. Ive never experienced a more professional and courteous staff as I have in this location - they always have smiling faces and are eager to help. The food is AMAZING, and they always follow up with table visits to be sure everything was up to my standards. Consistently impressed with this Pei Wei location and their eagerness to please. Sincerely, An extremely satisfied customer.

I understand its new, but get it together. I stood in line for 20 minutes, finally go to order and they have run out of noodles. You have 10 employees standing around not doing anything, someone couldve walked the line and informed people that they were running out of items. Also having 2 registers opened since the line was to the door would make things go faster. Hoping the new one across from Coconut Point has better service.

Terrible service. Online order took 12 minutes past guaranteed time. Saw half my food sit on the pass the whole time I waited (25 minutes) getting cold. Called and asked for a manager and an employee pretended to be one, I assume to cover for friends. Crab wrangoons were terrible, completely inedible. Honey chicken was bland but edible. Also witnessed an employee cough into her towel used to wipe things down.

Ordered my food 45 min to an hour prior to picking it up, I was also about 5min late getting to the restaurant and I still waited 15 additional min on my food that I ordered online. The restaurant was not packed and the counter staff was nice but initially ignored everyone. this restaurant never answers their phone. The last 2 experiences with this location have been bad for me.

Couldnt even get my order. !!! Really bad service. Had to get my money back. I love this food... Second try.- this place needs a District Manager to come in a fix the chaos. Food is good but the staff is overwhelmed and the manager lacks people skills. Expect 30-45 minute wait for Luke warm food. I guess I wont be back. Not even close to the standard.

Terrible experience! Weve been to several other locations of the Pei Wei restaurant chain and this location has to be the worst! First, they messed up our order which left us waiting for our food long after people who ordered after we did. When our food finally arrived, it came out undercooked (almost raw). We tried a bite, but it was inedible.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, then half an hour for food before asking for a refund, which took another 6 minutes. Just a hair under a full hour inside the restaurant without food. I counted 19 uniformed employees bustling about, and 9 prepared dishes sitting on the open countertop waiting for food runners. 0/10, would not return.

Me my husband and our 2 teenage boys Were so happy with everything,The service, the food presentation and the taste of the food yum the place was clean . My husband loves another restaurant like this one but now this first time visit wont be our last at pei wei we will most definitely be taking friends and family there .

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Place is tidy and clean. Tables are well organized and everyones expression is warm and welcoming. Very homy place to be at. The Japanese Steak & Shrimp Chile Ramen noodles are to die for. A bit on the spicy side but again, who doesnt like spicy these days? Exactly! Enjoy.

Been here several times and food is consistently good but on my last visit the service was very disappointing. Our order was wrong, there were no clean forks available so when we asked the server for forks she brought 1 for a table of 4. Many tables with dirty dishes and the floor was sticky.

Food is great, but staff outweigh it. I was number one in line on the phone, 30 minutes later no one answers. Go down to the restaurant and I watched them blatantly ignoring calls. You wait an awfully long time for mediocre stir fry anyway, not at all worth spending near 15$ for a single meal

Nice surroundings....the avocado salad had an incredibly small piece of avocado and a similarly small amount of chicken....but a HUGE amount of lettuce . It was a take away......I will not be back.....in fact I had to go to Jasons Deli afterwards as I was so hungry

First and last visit to a Pei Wei. Food was not very impressive. Dry rice, overly sweet but not very tasty sauce. Very skimpy on the slaw (the only veggies in the bowl). Inefficient ordering system, long line even though not that busy. Meh.

Consistently slow service and food that takes absolute forever to come out. I gave this location several chances thinking maybe because they were new and still optimizing their workflow but nope - painful dining experience everytime.

Not only did I work here. The staffing is horrible. They owe me so far two grand thats been missing from my paychecks for over a month. They ignore not only my calls. But customers as well. Better believe this place wont last long.

The food prep is never consistent from visit to visit. Ive given them three opportunities to get Hot and Sour soup right and each time its disappointing... The last time the soup was almost gravy in quality. Cant recommend.

I got food poisoning from this place. My husband and 18 month daughter where sick as well. We love the Pei Wei in Naples. But this is the first and last time we tried the Fort Myers location. Stay away from this place.

First time here, and it was very impressive. I ordered the ahi avocado salad, Mongolian chicken wok classic, mango beef salad, and chicken wings. All were excellent, and very reasonably priced. We will be back!
