I am very unhappy with the Pizza Hut in North Royalton Ohio. I had ordered at about 9:30 at night I just got home from work & ordered as soon as I got home. I order a medium cheese pizza & 1 order of breadsticks. They had delivered around 11pm. The pizza was not even warm & they gave me some type of cheddar breadsticks and they were so hard and cold it was terrible. I tried calling back & no one answered. So I called earlier today to tel a manager of the situation, not to get anything for free but just that I was unhappy with my service & that way there aware of what there employees delivered. I told the manager what had happened & all she said was ok thank you. Didnt apologize or anything. And my boyfriend already hates Pizza Hut & I talked him into getting it the night before and of course of all times this would happen. I wAs going to give them another chance because it was late but when the manager acted like she didnt care at all about what happened that did it for me. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

The staff is very unwelcoming, I called in an order and after the phone ringer for a good minute I was put on hold. When I arrived to pick up the order I wasnt greeted and stood at the counter along with 2 other customers waiting for someone to take care of us. Finally someone came to cash out our orders and of course on top of it all my order was incorrect....

As of August 2012 this is a new location. Much better than the previous spot across the street. No longer is a dine-in Hut - delivery or carryout only. Food is better than the average Pizza Hut. Friendly staff, quick service and fresh decor. Good job!

With pregnant cravings I ordered a double cheese pan pizza, what I got was a flat pizza with barely any sauce, people order pizza hut for the thick pan crust, signed, very disappointed for two

i recently ate here the service was horrible the bathrooms were fallin apart there was a hole in the wall i had hair in my pizza and the food on the buffet was ice cold
