Let me first start off by saying, we have been to this location before and never had any issues. With that being stated, we had a group of 5 of us for dinner on 1/2/2017. Once we arrived, we were told the wait would be about 30 minutes. 55 minutes later, we were seated. It took about 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order at which time we placed the food order knowing it would take awhile. The salad arrived 5 minutes later and drinks finally arrived 10 minutes later. At no time before we ate our entree, did we receive any bread-sticks. They came AFTER we received our food. Our drinks needed to be refilled and sat empty for 10 or so minutes. On a positive note, the food was hot and tasted good. To top it all off, when the waitress handed us the bill we could not pay on the tablets they provide. The one for our table had apparently been moved and the waitress took another 5 minutes trying to find it. I finally said that we needed to leave and she needed to take my CC up and get it charged. She said that it was corporate policy that they dont swipe the cards. They needed to be swiped by the (missing) tablet on the table. I can appreciate this, as it can help reduce fraud. But, not when the machine is missing. She finally took my card and charged it. We were there for 2 hours and 30 minutes (7:15 - 9:45).

One of the worst experiences Ive had at a restaurant ever!!! Im not one to usually complain but the server was so bad it took 45 minutes to get our first drink. Took my friend out for her birthday and finally left the table to go sit at the bar hoping to get better service. Heard many people complaing at the bar and it was not much better. Finally got salad after an hour and half and food came out at same time. Sent food back and ended up just eating salad. Just looking for a relaxing night out for my friends birthday. Will never go back to this location and ended up eating a sandwhich when we got home. Service was awful and management wasnt that much more helpful. Did not feel like I got a $100 dollar service for 3 but still got charged that much after 3 drinks each and salad regardless. Do not go on a Friday night and Im not planning on ever going there again. Worst service ever!!!!! Will be calling corporate on Monday to complain.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went on a Monday, and it was surprisingly busy. Hostess greeted us with a frown and a rude tone, like it was a huge inconvenience for her to take our name. Another hostess came over and asked us if we wanted to sit in the bar area without a wait. We agreed and were seated with an apology. We waited several minutes for service. Server/bartender seemed short like it was a bother for us to be there. It was a chore to get her to refill drinks. Entrees came out after a long wait, and the order was wrong, so more waiting. A spoon on the plate red sauce was obviously in a serving of white sauce. Several apologies and a "kitchen is backed up". Pay the check and bolted. I recommend going somewhere else. Plenty of local places with better service and food. Will never go back to this location and may not go to any Olive Garden again.

I use to love Olive Garden, but with other options such as Carrabbas, Cheese Cake Factory, and Bravo near bye, and in a similar price range, I really dont see why i would go to Olive Garden. I went last night because I had a coupon, and in the end wish I went elsewhere. The service was good and did was OK. I was a little upset when the server asked if we would like some sauce to dip our bread in later to find out they charged us almost $4 for. Its not a lot, but I feel the food is already over priced for what it is, and it would have been nice to have been told that a tiny cup of sauce was going to cost extra. The server made it sound like it was included. Again, its not a bad place to eat. I just think there are better options within driving distance.

No idea what happened to the former staff and manager but what they have now is beyond acceptable. Staff is clueless, rude and lazy, manager has no drift what management of a restaurant is about. The best decision was to leave after waiting 20 minutes for somebody to service us and then talking to a manager who wasnt able to provide more to the conversation than bla-bla-bla. That place has its best days seen a long time ago. However, as I am not the only one experiencing this it will only be a question of time till the place will be closed down. One star rating only because you can not rate zero stars.

Really???? 2 different drinks made way to strong by the bartender. Had 2 different servers and they were both lost and confused. Soup n salad and the breadsticks didnt come out until 2 minutes before the actual dishes came to the table. BEWARE OF THE LUNCH MENU. Its aweful...and nothing to choose from. Was not allowed to choose from a dinner menu. Aweful experince!!! 2 stars only because the food tasted good. Probably only because i was so dang hungry.

I love Olive Garden, but the last two times Ive gone had been with a group of friends, and most of us get the soup-salad-breadsticks meal, and it takes a LONG time to get any food, and even longer to get seconds on soup, which is a little frustrating since most of us cant stay more then 1-1.5 hours cuz we have kids to pick up, etc. It shouldnt take an hour to bring us a bowl of salad and some soup, but somehow it did take that long both times.

The food was good, the service sucks, first I called to place my order, all I got on the phone was someone laughing and playing, so I decided to go there to place my order and I stood there for 5 minutes before someone came out and asked me do I need help, so the lady took my order, thanks for her, but the bartender wouldnt put it in for her told her to go to the kitchen and tell them to put it in. This place need customer service training.

Kerri the server was amazing she attended 3 tables and did a fantastic job doing so. Didnt keep anyone waiting at all. Very friendly, respectful, and punctual. Great service. Not in a hurry or made you feel rushed to order or leave. They should have more servers like Kerri. They make eating out at restaurants a great experience. Being that im from NY i just want to get take out because the service is horrible in 95% of the places in NY.

Food was spot on Olive Garden the same as you would expect at any location and a great value. ADA accessible. There is an odor though when you walk in that really detracts from the experience. Have been more than once with family and always the same over the course of years (though I always forget it and agree to go back). Maybe carpets are in bad need of cleaning? Not sure the source but wouldnt go back based on that.
