My girlfriend and I have been coming here a lot recently, we LOVED it.. until today. They messed up our order (which is fine, we called up and the manager said we could come back and get the correct sandwiches) So my girlfriend and I are sitting outside enjoying our food when she notices the manager staring at us from inside. We ignore it and then leave. As were walking away the MANAGER comes outside and yells "please dont ever come back here again, thanks" and walks back in before we can even say anything. I am so confused and upset. For some odd reason she, whos name by the way is Kathy, decides to tell us were not allowed back after messing up our order. We did absolutely nothing wrong. So no... we will no longer be eating there and will gladly take our service else where.

Unbelievable! Today in Rocky River/Fairview Park, Ohio, it was 88 degrees. I saw that they had a person in a furry cow suit waving at people. I cant believe that the management was this insensitive to breathing issues within this suit, but they are so desperate to hurt a human to gain business during the lunch hours. I was horrified. I enjoy their food, but no more. If we arent supposed to leave animals in cars at 88 degrees F, why would any manager willing put a human being inside a furry suit in the sun on and 88 degree day? Only stupid, insensitive ones. I will be spreading the word that they only care about $$ and nothing else.

THE BUS BOYS STEAL WHATEVER YOU LEAVE BEHIND. Do not leave any change or anything important to you behind. My family and I watched a bus boy pick up everyones change and into his pockets it all went. He bragged to the other boy about how much money he finds and the other boy agreed. They kept going back to the closet to drop their change off and text before coming back out and dry sweeping crumbs onto the floor and letting new customers eat there. Other than those two boys, we had a great time here and really enjoyed the kids area that was very well taken care of. Our service was wonderful as always and food is always great!

I love this Chick-fil-A. Fresh fruit available with the kids meals. My daughter always asks to go here and play with the other children in the play area. Shes 3 years old and calls it "Flick-Flay." Anyways, I am able to study and watch her in the play area. The staff is super friendly. Today, the free wifi was down. I informed the manager, who was easily visible walking around the dining area. He immediately got on the phone, spent time troubleshooting the problem with the internet company, and resolved the issue. Thank you so much! Great, caring staff and management.

Working near by, I come here a couple of times a month and am completely impressed every time. Of course, the food is always consistently delicious, but the staff is beyond friendly and extremely helpful; even offering to custom make me a lunch sandwich at breakfast time, asking about lemon for my tea, condiments, etc. In a fast food world where turn over is the focus, Chic-fil-A has managed to take a young team and rather than "train them", instill values in them such as customer service and kindness.Kudos.

Everyone there is always so friendly and I have never once had anyone be rude or snap at me while I am ordering. Some of the employees will even come around to offer you refils so you dont even have to get up. It is something you would not expect from a fast food place. And the playland is so kid friendly. Its not like a giant mcdonalds one where I am worried about my 2 year old. It is by far my favorite "fast food" restaurant by far!

Typical Chick-fil-A. Polite workers, tasty food, you know the rest. I have tried most things on the menu. Pretty solid and consistent. The only negative at this location is getting out. Your really not supposed to make a left as the road is very busy most of the time. I suggest if you need to make a left, go behind the store and take the ally behind the adjacent strip stores and get on Brookpark. Much easier than making a left.

I cant belive how Courteous and respectful the staff is! You RARELY see that from ANY fast food place anymore. Go to McDonalds and its an INCONVENIENCE to take your order. Obviously the food is Delicious! There was a line wrapped around the building drive through and a FILLED dining room, figured it would be a min for our food. We werent even all the way seated before our food was hand delivered to our table!

Fantastic food, the service is fantastic, and the restaurant is always very clean. The drive-thru here is a huge problem. I dont know if its too slow or just too highly visited for its size but most times between 11:30 and 6:00 its simply a jam packed slow moving line that backs up into an extremely busy road. They put up signs to circle around the building but no one follows them. Needs some serious attention.

Chick-Fil-A isnt your average fast food restaurant. The services is 100x better. "My pleasure" isnt just a phrase they use, they really act like its true. They even come refill your drinks and take your trays for you!! Polynesian sauce rocks...love that you can buy big containers to take home now, too!! Happy to spend a few extra bucks here than at McDs or BK for better food and service. Cole slaw is amazing.

Ive always received the best food and service here at Chick Fil A, but today something special happened. My friend from college in Vermont is visiting, and tells me hes never been to a Chick Fil A so I knew where we needed to have lunch. Heather, the cashier gave him a free meal to welcome him to Chick Fil A for the first time. Its the little things that differentiate a great business from a good business.

A fast food restaurant with the feel of a nice service oriented restaurant. They deliver your food to your table, they clean up your table for you, they refill your drinks for you at your table. Its very clean and has a cool country-feel atmosphere with nice decorations throughout the restaurant like flowers. And as always, the food is phenomenal, always delicious.

AMAZING! I was with my 2 year old daughter...I had my hands full with her...the woman who took my order was fantastic....followed me with my tray of food to my seat also got napkins, ketchup, ect. I love me Chick-fil-A their salads are exquisite and I love it that the playground is always clean my grandson goes and plays there with all the kids you always have people come into your table asking you if you need anything else would you like a refill I mean about place is wonderful

As always, this is a great Chick-fil-A. Service is extremely pleasant, and the food comes out quickly. On mornings, and and after the lunch hour, it is a nice place to sit and work too. You can plop a laptop down and work on whatever you need, for as long as you want.
