Hello, my name is Angelica. I was originally not going to write about the issue I had last night at this location, but thinking more about it something has to be said. Me and my boyfriend ordered a medium cheese pizza and Hersheys brownie around 5:10 pm January 22, 2016. It got to our apartment at 5:57. Which wasnt a problem considering it was around dinner time and pizza places are usually a little more traffic heavy in the customer department. Anyway, everything went pretty smoothly. Until, that is, we got to opening the brownie. I went to go but the large block of brownie (Im not sure if it was supposed to be pre-cut, but it wasnt.) and to my dismay it was completely raw besides about a cm around the edges. So, as you can imagine, I was unable to even cut it. Like any normal customer, I called this location that delivered to us. A nice girl answers and gives her phone intro and I told her that my brownie was raw. She proceeds to say "Let me get my manager. You dont have to worry about it." Next the manager comes on the line and I explain my issue which she replies (and this is quote for quote.) "Our brownies come to us cooked and we just throw it in the oven. Sooooooo, I dont know what you want me to do." So, I say "Well, its completely raw-" She stops me to say "Hmmm wellllll soooooooooo." Just making all these noises. Finally, I suggest I come in to the actual store to show her my raw brownie if she thinks Im lying. And she says "Yeah. Okay, do that. Well put another in the oven for you." Mind you I paid a delivery fee of 3.00, I suggested I go in because I expected her to be like oh no, Im so sorry we will fix it or refund it or send someone with another to your house etc., but that wasnt the case. So, me and my boyfriend go in and wait at the counter. It took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge us (Friday night. Understandable.) The girl at the counter was so sweet and apologetic. She got our new brownie out of what seems to be a warmer and turns to her manager and says "Is this theirs?" And the manage replies " I want to see it." (referring to our original raw brownie). Not yes or any possible answer. So, I open the box containing the raw brownie and start to show her that is literally raw. She says "Well I dont know what to tell you. All of our brownies are like that." as shes opening up the new brownie that looks to be less raw and more firm. What kills me is that NOT ONE TIME did she apologize or offer to fix it. I had to initiate any kind of problem solver suggestion. Also, when we got back to our apartment we went to go cut the brownie and the middle was still on the raw side. I popped it in my personal oven for 7-8 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. Such a disappointment. It may be a cheaper option, but Im willing to pay extra for quality product and kind service from the Dominos down the street.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, was charged to my credit card, waited for over an hour and a half past the delivery time and then i called to see what was going on and was told that they wont deliver to my address even though i placed the order online and was charged, the rude woman on the phone told me i could come pick it up myself(after paying for delivery). when i asked o speak to a manager i was told he was out delivering pizza...yeah right, no worries i will be filing a formal complaint and paying a visit to speak to the manager in person, if the pizza couldnt have been delivered i should have revieved notification from them but nothing, horrible customer service nasty rude attitude, i will never order from them again

I live approximately a mile away from this Pizza Hut. I order here regularly and am writing this review as I look at my order that is incorrect - the lack of customer service and product excellence is VERY evident. Every time I have ordered delivery from this store something is not right with the order i.e.: either sauces or seasonings are missing or the pizza is not cooked correct. When I have called to explain these things to management there is a half hearted insincere response to the issues - this t store continually struggles with these SAME ISSUES... I would not recommend this store to ANYONE nor will I continue eating from this store. Sincerely, The Customer You DO NOT Value

Called the store to ask them to put spinach on our pizza before it goes into the oven (Because they always put it on afterwards and the spinach is always cold) and the employee who answered the phone said that they could not put it on until afterwards. He said he asked a manager and the manager said that it was not possible. Really? You cant put spinach on a pizza before it goes into the oven? Dominos and pretty much any other pizza place can and does it without having to be asked. The employees at this store are rude and unhelpful 9 times out of 10.

Excellent! While staying at a nearby hotel, this location delivered two piping hot pizzas straight to our hotel room in 13 minutes, at a fantastic price! We were blown away by their speed! The friendly driver, Jeremy, even thought to bring us plates, plastic ware, etc. I called them afterward to compliment their friendly, lightning fast service, and I think they are not used to receiving compliments. I believe a positive comment goes a long way in todays society of constant negativity. This Pizza Hut rocks!!

this pizza hut is ALWAYS out of stuffed crust pizza or anything i want to order i have no idea who the manager is but obviously he or she just doesnt care about customer service since theyre ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING after many tried and failed attempts i will be taking my business to blue highway or dan zanos and i suggest any one reading this to do the same, and to the managers at this pizza hut thank you for showing me where not to spend my hard earned money

Service sucked and food was even worse. Simple thing like asking for some pizza sauce on the pizza seemed too dificult. I even asked for extra red sauce and of course I got bread with cheese... NO freaking sauce. I guess they are trying to save money on pizza sauce or the cooks are too lazzy but I didnt order bread and cheese. I ordered a pizza with sauce

CHRIS THE DELIVERY DRIVER AT THIS STORE IS AWESOME, I WORK AT THE FRONT DESK OF A HOTEL AND THEY USUALLY DONT GIVE PLATES AND NAPKINS. HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK WHICH IS 30 MINS AWAY AND I SAID NO THANK YOU, BUT THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS IS WHAT CROSSED MY MIND. NICE GUY.

Terrible service. Pizza was ordered at 10:14, the eta was set to be 11:15 and still no pizza nor a phone call. Never will this pizza hut location get my service, it needs to be shut down or an entire new staff needs to be hired because this is unacceptable.

The worst, past 3 orders pizza like carboard, and boneless wings rubber. Took like over an hour to get order. The 3rd order i asked for a refund and he refused. Ive been ordering from this location for a while and lately its been BAD.
