I ordered a pizza inline for carry out and then realized it was not going to let me pay for it online. I tried to call the store and pay for it with my debit card because the person I was sending to pick it up was not going to have any money on them. They told me that no that wasnt possible to do because there have been "too many credit card frauds" and that I was going to have to find another way to pay for it. No. If you can take card information over the phone for a delivery you can take card information for carry out!! If they want to use fraud an excuse than have an option online to pay for carryout! The person ordering is not always the person picking it up. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Worst Pizza Hut delivery service ever. Its 5 miles from my house. Its Sunday night at 9:45.. order pizza, says delivered in 45 min, thats a bit long but whatever.. I get the "out for delivery text at 10:35" at 11:05 I call to see where it is, they girl tells me the driver just left and has a few other stops so it will be about 45 min still. I said just cancel my order because.. and I hear the phone ringing, she answers it and just hangs up on me. I wouldnt give them 1 star but I have to to leave a comment.. and its 11:20, still no pizza.

The pizza & wings were great. The dining room was clean, the staff was friendly. Our server Sydney was very personable and although she was running the entire front including drive thru, pickups and cashiering she kept our drinks full and delivered our food promptly and piping hot! Would definitely go back!

Literally just drove up to this restaurant excited to try the buffet. As i pulled in i noticed one of the employees with an apron on pounding the crap out of a cigarette right in front of the place. Turned me completely off so i left. Will not be back.

The management at this place is just phenomenal. Kendra treats guests with the utmost courtesy, and always provides the upbeat energy and great experiences that weve come to expect from this location. And the food is boss af. Just saying ;)

I have asked for extra sauce 3 orders in a row and all 3 had virtually no sauce. This should be pretty easy to read on the online ordering instructions. Also, last order there was virtually no cheese. Pizza Hut in Plant City is terrible.

My experience with them has been positive. The guy on the phone was helpful and curious, told me my delivery time was 30 to 45 mins. Pizza came in 32. No problems with this Pizza Hut yet!
