This place gets very busy during the lunch hour but Panera has plenty of staff on hand taking order so the line moves pretty quickly. I ordered the roasted turkey avocado BLT, the sandwich was tasty and everything was fresh, I was disappointed because there wasnt even enough turkey on the sandwich to cover end to end on the bread, the person who put it together put a two small of slices turkey in the middle so that when I was done eating the middle of the sandwich I didnt really have any meat mostly just bread, the avocado was mashed up and spread "just under the turkey meat" instead of it being sliced and covering the whole base of the sandwich, for a $10 sandwich I expect more than that, you can get a less expensive sandwich just as fresh and more than triple the size from Publix, at this point Crispers just around the corner is head and shoulders above Panera Bread in value and they are just as fresh and healthy.

Okay, so Panera is a chain restaurant & bakery, but its a very good one. The bakery is on the left when you walk in; the restaurant is to the right with its own cash registers. The food--soups, salads,& sandwiches--is interesting and well made from quality ingredients. Great breads & soups! There are always 4 or more urns of fresh coffees sitting toward the door (ask for a mug if youre dining in). I like the classical music they play overhead throughout the day--its a nice stress reliever & makes me feel less hurried. The booths are comfortable places to lounge in while you use their free Wifi network to do some web surfing. Soda refills are free & are self-serve. The staff is cheery, service is fast & accurate, and the place is always clean: a winning combination. No wonder they do such a good business!

I order rapid pickup EVERY Friday with my family. We order the same thing every time since we all have our favorites. We order two bowls of clam chowder with our large order (We are five). We got home to eat and it was like water. No potatoes or clams in it. Needless to say we end up cooking on take out night. I called to speak to a manager and she apologized and said the chef must have added too much water and shed send me a voucher to replace my two soups. Its been two weeks and the voucher never came. We will find a new Friday dinner spot. So disappointed.

I have ordered from this place multiple times in the past 8 years and have loved the food since the first time Ive tried it. Customer service is OKAY, but I will say when I call and ask a question I dont liked to be talked to as if I were stupid. I just ordered something for rapid pickup this morning. I called because I left information out on my order and she was not very polite. Her tone was rude. If she doesnt like her job she should either quit being a nasty, ungrateful person, or quit.

Odered a rapid pick up order yesterday. Showed up to pick it up and it wasnt there. Asked the barista if it was ready and she looked at me confused. She called over the MANAGER and they were sifting through a trash can. Turns out they through my order away and sold all the items i had already paid for. And all I got from the manager was an insincere "sorry about that". Was my favorite restaurant but I will not be going there again. Rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich ToGo and when I went to go eat the sandwich after I left the establishment and couldnt return, I realized there is hardly any chicken salad on it. Literally, its mostly bread and I paid $7+ for it. It was overall a yummy sandwich but Im very disappointed by how little was actually on the sandwich.

French onion soup is my go-to food here. BBQ salad is also worth a try. Service is quick and friendly. Although, if you eat in you will undoubtedly leave with the lingering odd smell from the bread.
