Awful service. Mr. Salaried Assistant Mike is very rude & hungup on me during a complaint after I asked for his store number. When I asked him for his last name so I knew who to address in my complaint to Pizza Hut he refused & replied with, "Im Mike. The only salaried, assistant manager here." My boyfriend ordered a BUFFALO CHICKEN sub & Mr. Mike ASSURED me that on the chart for how to make the sub marinara sauce was listed. Which is what we received with our order ... Marinara sauce on a buffalo chicken sub? He also made a smart remark inviting me into the Pizza Hut kitchen to watch them prep the sub to "make sure they get it right then." UNACCEPTABLE & I am filing acomplaint. First it was their Manager Brittany, now Assistant Mngr. Mike.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut many times for the past seven years but never has it been this bad. Not only did they take forever to see me at the counter so I could pay for my order (it was ordered online), they lost my order ticket. They forgot three of the four sauces I ordered, they shorted us one chicken wing, there was absolutely no seasoning on the bread sticks like theres supposed to be, and there is no icing for the cinnamon sticks at all. The pizza tasted awful and the bread sticks tasted like eating crust. Its unacceptable and ridiculous. Will NOT be going back.

This place is absolutely horrible! Ive ordered from them plenty of times and always have some sort of problem. The last time I ordered from them they absolutely refused to deliver to me saying that they dont deliver to a new place after 8pm even though theyve been to my house numerous times. I refuse to ever order from this location again

Here I am yet another order messed up this is 4 in a row..ordered online and called to confirm the order. The Mgr was very nice But how hard is it to read a ticket and do what customers order.... I think they need to retrain all of the staff they obviously have no clue what there doing..!!!!!!!!! Elyria store

Our server was great, but the person on the frontline was HORRIBLE! She screamed at our server and called him an A**hole loud enough to be heard at the back of the restaurant where we were sitting. I complained but the manager on duty didnt really seem to care. I remember now why we stopped going there.

I order here an Average of 3 times a week. Their pizza is excellent, the service is exemplary and with a total of over 100 orders in 2014 they only made 1 mistake. Pizza Hut has not only my favorite pizza but this particular Pizza Hut is a perfect model of what ANY food service establishment should be.

It would be nice to know my pasta already came with crappy breadsticks so I didnt have to waste my money on another order leaving me with 15 rock hard cold "cheese bread sticks". Some of their pizza is good and I enjoy it but then again some changes can be made

Pizza was over cooked and not even that hot when it got to us. They cheated me on toppings and the cheese was even missing on some of the slices. NOT ordering from them again. They dont seem to have standards for food they give to their paying customers.

Its Pizza Hut. The pizza is great. The owner is cheap. There is always only one waiter or waitress. The salad bar is questionable. But the lunch buffet is great as you dont need to deal with one waitress.

Rude women that answer the phone. They act like taking orders is an inconvenience. I get the same order every week and half the time its wrong. Probably going to switch to another pizza company.

Didnt get what we ordered bill wrong ordered a primo sandwhich got a pizza insted. Took 15 minutes to get our appetizer. Bread sticks. Wont go back!!!
