We had a very uncharacteristic experience at this location. It took 10 minutes for my family to receive our meals (only 4 people). Utterly ridiculous for any fast food chain, much less Chick-fil-a. If that wasnt bad enough the couple we were with didnt receive their food for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes someone came out asked for their receipt and disappeared without explanation. She showed back up a few minutes later and put down their receipt with another receipt and walked away, again without explanation. After we analyzed the two we realized that they had refunded the meal. Thats fine and all but there was NO explanation or apology and even worse . . . they STILL didnt have any food. 10 minutes later someone comes out with a tray and gives it to them and walks away. This is WAY below the standard of Chick-fil-a and I would hope management would fix this. Id hate to see this brands quality go down the tubes.

In order for me to give 5 stars you have to blow me away with food, service, and cleanliness. This had 2 or the 3 but was close! This fast food chain was very clean! The service was great! As far as those two go you cant find better at a fast food chain! As far as food, the lemonade was so very sweet. If you appreciate a very sweet yet puckering lemonade you found the spot! I just thought it was to much of both to be enjoyable. The chicken nuggets lost some of there coating but overall were good. The waffle fries were good as always. The spicy chicken sandwich was good sized, nice heat and not badly priced. After saying all that it was good but not amazing. If your going to eat fast food this is a great place to go! If your comparing this to all restaurants its just good.

It was very busy and I didnt get one of the sandwiches I ordered. Tried to call and kept getting a recording to put in my remote access code...after 2 1/2 hrs I finally gave up. I will have to go in person to report the error. I should have known not to buy food when a volleyball team from Oak Hill from near the Mouth of Wilson was there. Too many distractions not enough staff to take care of the customers inside and going through the drive thru. Bad experience this time.

Love this place to eat. The people is always so friendly. We go there to eat often. The last time we ate there they was out of the grilled chicken nuggets, so we got our food free and a gift card for a free meal for our next visit. I think its wonderful that they are closed on Sundays. Not to many businesses will honor Sunday which is the day of The Lord. God Bless this business for having values and standards.

Awesome service! Their ice cream machine was broken and they didnt tell us till we got to the window of the drive thru, so they gave us our whole meal for free. Places just dont do stuff like that. There is also a young man with DS who is employed there who is amazing, he holds the door and speaks to everyone!! We look forward to seeing him each time we go!

It pains me to give a Chick-fil-A less than a 5 but I think I am generous with the two. The food, at 645 am, was cold. The staff was of minimal assistance and appears to be more concerned with talking to the regulars. What surprised me was the manager was worse than the staff. So sad for a great restaurant chain.

One of my favorite places to stop when Im travelling on I-81. Either way as you leave Bristol, there are few good places to stop. Its hard to go wrong with Chick-fil-A. My order has always been right, employees are polite and helpful, clean bathrooms, and easy interstate access.

I had to wait a little extra in the drive thru line..was met by a manager when I got to the window who gave me perfectly cooked, fresh, hot food and she informed me that there was no bill since I had to wait..I was astounded..how wonderful..never had that happen before!

The salads get smaller everytime I come here, soon they wont even exist. The tabletops were dirty as usual and the first one I looked at sitting at had fingernail clipping all over it. Chick-fil-A is no longer the quality restaurant it once was.

My food was hot, delicious and delivered quickly. My friend had to wait awhile for her order of nuggets, but without any prompting on our part, they gave her a dessert coupon to make up for it. Great customer service if you ask me!

I ordered two #1 meals, but they gave me the wrong drink and only one fry. They also did not fill the fries all the way or nor the drinks. I would definitely drive the few extra miles to the chickfila at the pinnacle.

Everytime I get a grilled salad the staff always manages to put breaded chicken on it. The moment I ask them to change the salad they all look insulted and get an attitude. Will not be going there anymore.
