Went on 7/2/13 at a little after 9pm. Got the double cheeseburger on thin crust. I could have gotten a $1.00 pizza in the freezer section of Krogers that tasted better then this. I have gotten this same order countless time at the Vol Pky store and its never been wrong but this stuff was awefull. The crust was hard as a brick and not cut the sauce..well there was none to speak of..the cheese must have been put on one shread at a time and was only a handful and the hamburger....it was old and dried out and it was nothing to speak of either....been trying to call since we got home that night and still no answer. I will never go to that Pizza Hut again. They dont know nor care what they are doing apparently or it would have been done right and/or they would answer the stupid phone. Poorest excuse for food I have ever seen.

So many places have changed the ingredients of the food. Pizza Hut was once one of my favorite places. I loved everything about it. Now the quality of each individual ingredient is just low. Even the texture is different. My family went last week and when we go in the car to leave my husband said "well thats probably the last time we go there." Dont get me wrong it wasnt a horrible experience in any way. The service was fine. We were treated fine. The food was just not good. We didnt get salads because the salad bar looked like it had been there for days. The carrots were cut very big. They were so large I dont know how anyone could have possibly used them in a salad, not to mention they were white. Come on Pizza Hut get it together. I want to continue my love affair with pan pizza.

Placed an order at 456pm today waited and hour like they stated it would take food never came called to check on the status and the order was never logged then when spoke with manger amber she started to raise her voice and said I never made the call when the call log clearly showed I did on my phone. Then disconnected the call on me and when I called back picked up and hung up! will never order from there again excpecially when management acts like a crew member good help must surely be hard to find its clear with who they made manger I do plan on making a compliant to corperate since amber cant do her job they need to let someone else that had more than a hs diploma do the job!

I placed my order at 4:22 via the Pizza Hut website. At 6:45, I placed a call to the store because I still hadnt received my order. Took forever to get an answer and then I ended up on hold for 10 minutes. The young lady who initially answered the phone was very polite, however the manager I spoke with was terrible. Apparently, my order wasnt received by their system (regardless of my confirmation email) and she seemed more interested in calling other local Pizza Huts to see if they had it than getting my food to me. She promised to "call me right back", but needless to say I never heard from her. All around terrible experience. Well stick with Dominos from now on.

Yes called to get a pizza like a person would. very rude when picking up the phone with " What to you need? " not what the place is or who Im talking to just what do you want..... So i ask " can have a medium wit"- thats where i was cut off with her saying its cheaper to get a two or a large. im sorry miss im cant eat that much food. she told me it was busy this time of the day to call back later. Im very happy to say that the Dominos down the road wanted my money more.

They tried to tell me my pizza was just crooked. No way you lined up the slices did it fit. Tried to make me look like an idiot so I lined the pizza up several ways. No matter what you did it did not work!! And the attitude of the first girl I spoke to. Wow. It sucked.

Not good. One table got all the attention not sure why but they were loud and must have been friends or something. Hardly any sauce on the wings tried to get help no help at all. It was bad and I could go on but I wont.

Wish I could rate 0 but it wasnt an option. We called in a delivery because we had a sick child and that was the most convenient way for us to have supper, but it took almost 2 hrs to get here and we live 16 mins away.

This place is amazing. I absolutely love the wings. If Jenny is working get ready to have some of the best service of your life. The food is great, the waitresses are swet, and the atmosphere is amazing.

The waitresses are sweet and service is great, only have 1 complaint, tried the garlic cheese knots and they where not that good. They need more cheese in them, its a bit more bread than anything.

Service at lunch was awful. The salad bar was almost empty and we had to wait 10 minutes for cottage cheese! $33.00 for 2 salads, breads ticks and 2 personal pan pizzas. I will never go back...
