We ate at the KFC IN ALLIANCE, they were out of dark chicken, had a hard time getting them to approve an all White meal, didnt offer us anything for our inconvenience, their drink machine was down in the lobby, no Condiments available in lobby, so they were packed & we had to wait til our food was half cold to get the them, NO Jelly for our biscuits, COME ON MAN! REALLY, no JELLY, it was cold in the Restaurant & there was snow outside very slippery for me to get my 87 yr old mother in & out safely. Very, Very poof dining experience, no not even a dining experience just stuffing some lukewarm Chicken down because we were stuck in Alliance & had no time to drive anywhere else

Terrible experience!!! I went to the one in north canton after I got my braces and just wanted some mashed potatoes I ordered a large pulled up to the window and got my food then checked the bag and they gave me a side! So I called them and the manager got an attitude with me and my husband he was yelling at us and refusing to give us the right size. I was very very upset and will NEVER go back to this KFC! This is not the first time Ive had problems with them but this one really made me ticked off when he argued with me! Isnt the cutomor always right? Even if not its freaking mashed potatoes its not a big to apologize and give me the right size.

Went through the drive through then up to the first merit bank. While waiting I went to eat my food...... no spoon or fork.... had to drive all the way back... got fork... parked ... opened my food that is now cold only to find a hair in it.... took it inside. ... the made me a new bowl.... but management was rude... and now I have no time left on my lunch break to finish what I needed to do because they wasted my time not being to complete a simple order

I order my food, start to eat then I hear some employees start to argue. Then the assistant manager drops the f-bomb when little kids in the restraint. Dont really appreciate it. Also the almost ran out of chicken.

Most of the time, the food is great and the staff are friendly. Every once in a while they wont have macaroni and cheese and wont make another batch even if its early. This doesnt happen often, though.

Every time i got there they mess up my order one way or another, typically for getting food that I paid for. If you go to this location be sure to check your order before leaving

Got kicked out at 7:30 saying they were closing when they close at 9:30 didnt even get to try and order. WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
