I love KFC but this is by far the worst location to go to. From the service all the way to the food. They are super impatient in the drive-thru, then they never get the order right, the chicken looks/tastes like its been sitting for a while, and the drinks are always bland (as if they never change the flavor concentrate box). Management and crew need to really step it up here!! I come back hoping for a different result but I end up disappointed having to deal with the same issues everytime. I dont have time to be going back and forth to the store to wait again for my correct order. Wont be back.

Really disappointed about the food at this location, I really love KFC but I have to admit that every time I come in here to purchase food thru the drive thru and its never good, chicken is dried out, coleslaw expired with a sour taste, biscuits are dry... I can keep going, KFC has such a great concept and the management its obviously not doing their job, the food quality is really poor. My suggestion if you want fresh KFC you must order ahead, otherwise you will be paying for garbage, and you will probably do like me that ended up throwing my food away.

So dere i waz wit my side hoe (main bih waz nah givin meh sum lovin lately) ridin in my whip when i thot to myself "dam, i cud relly use me sumfinna to eat." I was truly trigGered wen i wolked en dis joint. Dey waz strait outta dem hawt biskits n cikenz. Dey sayd ida hav to wait fiteen minutez. I told em "okay den." Unfoortunly my hoe, Fobbesha waz nott havin it. She tell me she aint gunna wait. Me I be like "later bish," and i not ever seen datass since. In da end chikn was gud but it cost me datass. Wud eat agin. 5/5

KFC. You do chicken. Why does it always seem a surprise to this store that people show up wanting chicken? It seems they never have anything ready. Today they had to cook tenders and potato wedges while I waited. Here is a clue. Dinner time, lunch time, people might actually come in wanting chicken and sides. Plan ahead. Its not a difficult concept.
