Been here many times and always good, but tonight it was 4 out of 10. The problem was not enough people to keep up with orders and that resulted in bad food. Employees should have taken there time and gave hot fries and correct order instead of fries at room temperature. Worst fries I have ever had at any Five Guys between here and Atlanta. Other customers taking there order back because it was incorrect. Plus it still took forever. I dont mind forever if the order is correct and fries are hot. Hot fries is why I come here. I will do Burger 21 next time. Sorry 5 Guys. Your OUT!!!

Its basic backyard burger style and the food is good. At times, the service can be slow, even when the lobby has few people. The prices seem to always be creeping a little higher ever time I go. The last time I visited on 04-19-16, it cost me $11+ for a single burger /w bacon, no cheese, fries and a drink. Thats a lot of money for lunch and way too much money for a burger and fries. When Wendys is selling the same exact thing and also throwing 4 nuggets into the deal for only $4.26, its really hard to want to come back here.

The cost of a burger, fries, and a drink is over $15. Theyre charging sit down restaurant prices and theres no justification for it. There was nobody ahead of me and my order still took a long time. If you like to make crazy custom burgers then this is the place for you. Otherwise I dont see why youd go here. Maybe its this franchise specifically because Ive had great five guys experiences but this wasnt one of them.

An employee I think named Jeff was incredibly rude to me when I asked for more napkins. I just wanted to walk out, he was so sarcastic and when I got up to get another drink he just glared at me. It was a terrible experience and I will NOT go there again because of his terrible service.

When you crave a good burger and dont care about healthy, this is sill one of the best stops to make. Service is a little slow, but they actually get my burger right on the first try (no cheese), which is something I cannot say for most other burger places!

I really dig this place. They have outdoor seating, malt vinegar for the fries and no one makes a better burger than 5 guys! Smart folks find one thing to do and do it better than anyone, and these are the smartest burger makers!
