Five guy burgers have alway been a treat for me. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my last visit. I called in my order and spoke with Kevin at 8:25pm on April 3, 2011. He was very rude and unwilling to take my order. I obviously did not place my one item order correctly for him. This response made me feel like my order was not welcome and ultimately I made a grave mistake choosing Five Guys. I will never go back to that location on Senate Street Columbia SC again.

4 stars for price, service and food is 5 stars though. Every year I stay at the Hilton for work and I always come in this location and every time I come in the service is great and the food matches it. It is one of the only times I actually emailed a corporate office about how good a branch is.

This place has the best burgers around. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manger Brett is a super nice guy, and definitely knows his way around a restaurant. Only reason I didnt go five stars is the parking situation. It can be hard find a spot at times.

Burgers are amazing and the fries are the best in town. They have a great staff and know me by name and Ive only gone about five times. Thats pretty impressive if you ask me and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality burgers and fries.
