I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating! I know this is a specialty style restaurant making the options limited. However, the food is amazing and in reality the variations on the ways your pita is prepared are practically endless. If I liked math I would take the time to figure exactly how many different ways you can have your pita prepared and topped. Bringing me to the toppings! Even the most decadent combinations are still a healthy choice and surpass thier closest competitor (the one that gives a 6 or 13 inch option) Pita Pits toppings are superb and what they offer cant be found at the price point thier product is offered. The company is expanding in my area, opening a new location in the Downtown area. I encourage everyone to check out this place during their lunch or to grab a snack before your head home from a long day at work or before a long night of partying. During my next visit Ill remember to take some pictures so anyone can see exactly what they are missing by not eating a pita from the Pita Pit. ( I am in no way benefiting from writing this review, unless you consider good reviews a way to ensure that a place with such great food and service stays open so their customers can continue to enjoy awesome pitas)

IF I COULD GIVE THEM .5 OF A STAR I WOULD. I ORDERED MY FOOD FOR DELIVERY AND IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 2 HOURS TO DELIVER IT!!!! AND THE MANAGER SENT ME A COUPON FOR A DOLLAR OFF FOR MY COMPENSATION!!! SO THAT WAS ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO, AND TODAY I DECIDE WELL LET ME TRY THEM AGAIN. I ORDERED MY FOOD, IT ARRIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION THIS TIME. BUT THE ORDER WAS WRONG. THE DRIVER SAID HE WAS GONNA GO GET THE ITEMS THAT WERE LEFT OUT AND BRING IT BACK TO ME. IT HAS BEEN 45 MINUTES AND IM STILL WAITING! MY NAME IS DONNA MARTIN AND IWILL NEVER EVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THE PITA PIT! NEVER EVER!!!!!!! PITA PIT STEP UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...........YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

Stopped in for lunch and had heard good things. Its like Subway/Firehouse etc if done from a Greek angle. Its not full on Greek but a good influence, reasonable prices and filling menu items. I guess if I had to complain about anything it would be the lack of iced tea... in the South... it was a hot day and I dont drink soda. Other than premium cost bottled water, I really didnt have an option.

Stopped by this morning on my way home. The associates were extremely pleasant although it was rather warm inside. I got the chicken souvlaki. It was So GOOD!! I hope to try others soon. I came once before about 5 or so years ago. As many times as Ive been in Five Points/Downtown late night, I would have come by here more often...... But, its not easily seen. Overall, great place.

I love a good gyro and this is what I got here. All in all it was very good. The price for a combo was higher than Id like to pay but the pita was big enough to eat without the rest added. The sauce was delicious and I would have preferred to have more of it but I will be back. Its a good place to stop if youre on the go!!

Ive been going to pita pot for years, last night i stopped in to get some pitas after a 13 hour shift, I had the worst service i ever had. The cashier was rude, he threw my pita card on the counter, had a bad attitude, and on top of that i got the worst pita ever..i just may not go back ever. Terrible.

Place is horrible, the food is terrible and the costumer service was very unprofessional. I will NEVER suggest this place for anyone. Theres a much better selection to choose from in this area. Dont miss out on the actual good food following the mislead hype of Pita Pit (Cola).

Delivery took over an hour and a half! Normally I receive my food in anywhere from 30-45 minutes but today I ordered a full hour and a half before I had to leave my house for work. Now over an hour and a half later I am still waiting and likely to be late! Inexcusable.

Delicious healthy food provided by a speedy, competent, and friendly staff. Need I say more? This place is on my way to work so I stop by here all the time to grab lunch for the day. Could not be more pleased with my experiences with this place.

I have a love affair with the Pita Pit chain. This outlet is a little less flashy and hip than the ones in West Chester PA and Flagstaff AZ. The service however is always great, friendly, fast and clean. Recommend to try the secret sauce.

If you could invent a way to deliver the Club Pita straight into my veins, thatd be great. Traveled to Columbia from Charlotte at 9p just to try a pita and wasnt disappointed. This is a staple of a Columbia trip and well worth the price.

Great food, but this Pita Pit pales in comparison to the one I visited in uptown Charlotte. It does not offer two portion sizes like the one in Charlotte, and the portion you receive is similar to that of a small portion in Charlotte.

I rate places by how good their food is and little else unless one of the other factors is outrageously good or bad. This place has decent service, OK atmosphere and the value is moderate... but the food? FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC

Staff are very cool and know how to whip up a highly customizable taste experience for their patrons. And late night deliver is a great option when hanging out late but not up for the drive.

Great substitute for all these boring sandwich shops. Breakfast pitas all day. Vegetarian options as well. Open late and the staff is friendly. Definitely worth trying if you havent.
