My husband, and I attended this waffle house on 10/4/2015. there were 3 workers on duty ( because business was slow on this particular Sunday afternoon) as we arrived we saw all 3 workers out front smoking ( they all looked drugged out , and very nasty) as the only customers there we waited almost 15 minutes for our food, which by the way was DISGUSTING and none of the crew washed their hands! after trying the food we asked for to go boxes - we were not trying to be rude but couldnt stomach the nasty food. the "helper" brought us 4 lids and duct tape..... they did not have the proper boxes, to go cups, or even napkins! the gravy had been over 24 hours old ( which I over heard the cook telling the waitress after I had already ate mine. all had food posing the days after, and I cannot believ I spent 30 on a meal that was so DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER ATTEND THIS WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN AND I WANT A REFUND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This might be the worst waffle house in history. Took 9 minutes to place an order, the families around me are still waiting. Plenty of empty seats, but the employees just dont know how to handle customer service. A little stress and they spazz. A woman asked if she could order and she was told, in a minute Im doing something. Im sorry but the customer is always right especially since she is a senior citizen!!!! Time to train your employees. The family next to me just left after 15 minutes of waiting and no one taking their order! Wow!

Tried call ahead for a pickup order but I was on hold for minutes and no one came back to the phone so I had to go in and order inside. Slow service-- we watched our food sit there uncovered for about 10 minutes even though it was done. The employees look disheveled and dirty, and the employee washing dishes splashed my friend with hot water and didnt apologize. Food is ok, but Im hoping I dont get sick because the place doesnt look like itll pass health inspection. Its Waffle House though, so I cant say I expected much more.

Bad customer service. Was slow yet still took 6-7mins before being waited on. Waitress (dont know her name but shes the black one with large breasts) was conceided and kept giving smart remarks! Silverware was dirty. Waitress took silverware then forgot to bring more. Didnt ask me what I wanted to drink and she took it upon herself to bring me water which I didnt want. Her voice sounded like she had food stuck in her throat when she spoke. This is the black waitress!!!!!!!!

Waitress was nice, and helpful but food did not come out together. There was a five minute gap between being served. I ordered an omelette which takes hardly any time while he ordered sausage and bacon egg sandwich, bit his food came first. Would not have cared if omelette was good, but omelette was not very good. I ate half as did he and we left. All things considered...would only go back if I really had no choice.

We stopped into this location on our way out of town and we loved it. My lady and I both had the waffle and eggs, and I had a cheeseburger from the dollar menu. The food was great and our waitress, Lori, was a delight. The restaurant was immaculately maintained, and everyone there seemed to enjoy their job. This visit reminded me why I love having Waffle House for a treat while Im traveling.

I order a double bacon cheeseburger I get a single cheeseburger with double bacon. Training is badly needed there. But can you fix a lack of common sense? It took 3 employees to make sweet tea. The mustard and ketchup were filthy with days old residue and the bins were rusty. The worst experience at Waffle House ever. Not to mention an immediate trip to the bathroom was needed afterwards.

The food has always been great here...not the best neighborhood...but the food makes up for it, be aware of your surroundings! LOL...We had an incident, one of the cooks apparantly left for break during our visit, and messed up our order; but no ill thoughts, he was kind of grungy...kind of glad he didnt cook our food, but service did take a while.

If you like your food a certain way or have a low tolerance for bad customer service; find some where else to dine. Rude, belligerent, and just down right nasty waitresses make you feel as if they would spit in your food if you were not able to watch. You've been warned, dine at your own risk.

I went to Waffle House a lot as a kid. However, I dont remember it being so bad. This place is pretty dirty. Bathrooms are terrible. The toast was dry. I dont want to sounds like a complainer but it should have been better. I get it that it is a very cheap place but that doesnt mean dont clean!

This place is a joke atm. They have a limited menu no drinks. On top of that the burgers they served us were plain no toppings and they came out of a box. These were frozen burgers not the ones they normally sell. They should have just stayed closed untill full working order.

Average taste compared to other waffle houses, but thats not the worst part. The place was dirty, staff wasnt friendly and service took very long (because someone was sick). I would recommend going to other waffle houses where I do have good experiences.

Just a normal Waffle House thats right off of the I-95. Staff are friendly, great food, low prices and bathroom was clean. Only wish I could have had fries instead of hashbrowns with my Double CheeseBurger.

Its Waffle House, so youll enjoy the food if you are into this style of breakfast--the waffles are great! Gave it 3 stars because Ive been about 5 times, and each time there are lumps in the grits.

Good food, prices have gone up over the past couple years. It used to be that I could get a meal for around $5, now its closer to $10. The food is still good diner food and the staff is friendly.

Came in for a late dinner. Food was beyond excellent! Our server, TT, provided quick and accurate service with a smile and good attitude. Would definitely come back if Im ever back in the area!

Food was good but the place was dirty looking and had lots of flies. If I want to eat with flies flying around my food Ill go on a picnic. Waitress was friendly but very unorganized.

For being as busy as they are on weekends and holidays. The staff still manages a good attitude and good service. Our go to place for quick cheap food.
