Really want to love this place. But a request for a simple Cuban coffee was met with the response that they wouldnt risk their $12,000 coffee machine investment. Id much prefer to support mom and pop shops, but cant really do so when a simple coffee request is met with trepidation and incredulity. Instead of word NO, a response of "I havent had this request before, Ill have to clear it with my boss, but yeah, that sounds great, I really want to do it for you next time," would have been appreciated.

Clearly a local coffee house that is firing on all cylinders. They have good atmosphere with well laid out sitting areas and consistent coffee served. Y friendly baristas. Obviously the locals love it because when I have the opportunity to work there it is buzzing constantly with people.

Ive had much better Mocha than what was served here. Mcdonalds serves better coffee products. Not nearly enough chocolate in the mocha, needs more sweetness to balance the bitterness of the espresso, simple as that. Other than that, service was good.

Both R.R.s allow only the manager and assistant manager to pull your espresso shot. This ensures excellent taste. Wi-Fi ready. Community board visible from dining area. Check out R.R.s website for both locations. Hosts bands and artists.

I frequent this river road location for the great coffee. The service is fine the staff is nice, but there seems to be this negativity around them. Most, not all, but most, that make my coffee seem angry constantly.

I do like this River Road, and everyone that works there, except the manager that needs a new haircut and needs to stop calling me "brother". Hes like overly excited. Besides him, everything else is fantastic.

Offers a quiet, cozy atmosphere to meet a friend for coffee or tea. Seating is limited, so it can start to feel cramped when more than 5 or 6 people are set up to stay for a while.
