If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service here was horrible! I had to wait about 3 minutes before one of the staff members cashed me out. They were all too busy talking at another register and gossiping about the customers! I have never been so appalled by such behavior. Definitely finding another place to buy groceries!

Nice quick stop. I pulled up to get gas and found a credit card on the ground next to the pump, before I got done pumping the owner came looking for it. I was glad I found it and gave it back. They were so pleased and grateful.

This place kinda sucks. Its a smaller one missing some of the stuff I wanted that the others have. The only reason Im not giving it the lowest rating because it at least has the bare essentials... and I think theyre fresh.

This Giant Eagle is always clean and the employees are super helpful. It is nice for people who live in Burton and dont want to drive all the way to Bainbridge. Lots of wholesome foods and to can find deals as well!

Very expensive. I would rather have $$$ off the food processor than .10 off a gallon of gas. Too many specialty items. Too much wasted electricity with open cooling units.

Prices are high, the front area is always jammed up with lottery machines and displays. Everyone is in the way. Place is always clean.
