So far, I am already pretty impressed. I submitted a request on their website and to my surprise someone got back with me within minutes. I emailed back to answer some questions they had & I got another prompt response letting me know they were going to draw up a sample. Customer service goes a long way with me, so I decided to leave a comment even though I gotten a cake yet. Keep up the quick customer service!!
