I bought a cake from this bakery twice two years ago,2014 same owners received great service great tasting cakes. However,in 2016 the lady was so rude on the phone I had to hang up to calm down. Then my friend called her without knowing that I called her and stated the same thing rude lady. She told my friend you have to place a deposit by phone not specified on their website I never had to do that, and charged 40 dollars for a very small cake. I hope its good. Will not ever go to Pat a cakes in rock hill SC. You people need Jesus...

I wanted to buy a simple two layer cake for a silent celebration of our daughters first birthday in heaven. The women on the phone was beyond RUDE and Mean!! She kept insisting that I was ordering a wedding cake type and so it would START over $100!! Why not use some tact?? If your cakes are worthy of $100 to start a 2 layer cake then your customer service should be even more so. Especially when dealing with a women whose daughter has died!!!

If you need a cake for same day .... this is not the bakery to call. Quality is good but they dont have stock and when I called they did not try to sell me anything else in place of. Not exactly friendly either.
