The food is amazing but not worth the price and the customer service is non existent. The employees almost seem high. When taking my order the employee didnt say one word to me and just said my total and handed me the recipt. Then when I got my cookie and ice cream I didnt get a spoon so I asked for one and they pointed and said near the ice cream...There werent any and so I had to ask, I needed 2, one for me and one for my boyfriend and I clearly said 2 spoons please and the man handed me one??? I only give 2 stars because at least the food is decent, Ill give them that, but if youre looking for great customer service stay away, probably better off getting it delivered.

I placed an order at 11:30 pm. The order form said it would arrive within 30-45 minutes. At 12:30, still no cookies. We called the store and they said the order was just coming out of the oven. It is now 1:30 a.m. I am ready to go to bed but we are still waiting around for these cookies- I dont even want them anymore. The person on the phone gave us a coupon to get 4 free cookies next time, but honestly I doubt we will order again. We ordered 6 cookies and left a 40% tip for the delivery driver on my CC. Insomnia used to be much quicker (last ordered a year ago). Too bad- the idea is wonderful, just the execution fails.

terrible customer service. terrible delivery service. Do NOT use them for a special day/event. They are NOT reliable. Ive ordered twice now... the first time they were an hour and a half late. This time they wouldnt deliver bc they were "busy" and I didnt order enough apparently. PS. I put the order in at 1pm for 8pm... they called at 8:30 to tell me they wouldnt be coming. Less than helpful... wont be using them again.

Do not rely on them for special event delivery. Orders are placed through the national office and processed by the local store. The local store botched the entire, four figure order, leaving me with no alternative the day of. I give two stars because the national office did offer a full and immediate refund.

Absolutely terrible. Took 5ever and they wouldnt answer the phone when I called multiple times. When they finally answered, they put me on hold for 11 minutes until I finally hung up. Terrible service, 0/10 would recommend to a friend.

Bruh.... the delux cookies are amazing. Grab a few in the store. Go home. Pop one in the microwave for a few seconds. Grab a cold glass of milk. Get in your favorite spot on the couch and youll be in a cookie coma within minutes.

Customer service is awful. The gentleman named Edward made no effort to resolve a problem that was caused by his lack of being able to count. He was rude. Someone like him shouldnt be working at such a wonderful cookie shop.

Pretty generic cookie, there isnt really anything special about it. It just tastes like a cookie that you can get from Publix or WalMart. Its cool that they deliver, but honestly the taste isnt really worth the delivery.

Delicious cookies for any sweet tooth. The downsides? Poor parking (Its Five Points, so parking is bad) and its fairly expensive. Cookies are over $1 each. I mean theyre good but cmon. Its a treat, not a staple.
