First time I ordered I received my food shortly after the expected time (a rediculous 70 minutes when the place is 1.5 miles from me) but still close to expected. Well one of the items was a grilled cheese and there was a TWIST TIE in the middle. How careless can you be? For the price I wasnt expecting much taste wise and they surely didnt over achieve. Its all frozen food purchased from Walmart that is heated up in some random college kids apartment before being delivered to you (at minimum 70 minutes from ordering). I still cant get over the twist tie in the middle of a two ingredient sandwich, bread and cheese. I even gave them a second shot. I ordered 3 simple items, OVER 2 HOURS AGO, and still havent received them. Dont waste your time on this place, I know theyre cheap but just drive to a McDonalds and youll be a thousand times happier. Since they dont charge your card at the time of purchase and Ive already waited the allotted disclaimer time on their website (an additional 45 minutes on top of the original 70 they quote for delivery), Im going to refuse the order if it ever does in fact show up. If you have 3 hours to kill the go ahead and order from them, otherwise, just drive to walmart, buy the frozen food you wanted, heat it up in your microwave, and save both time and money. Ill never place an order with these guys again.

Ordered a six cookies from them. After an hour and a half I noticed a couple missed calls on my phone, with no voicemails left. When I tried to call it back (several times, spaced out over 15 minutes) there was no answer. I called the business, and got the "not taking calls right now" message a couple times, then finally got through. They said their driver left without taking down the apartment number, which zbaked even admitted they had it in their system, tried to call us and never thought to call the main restaurant. The driver then decided to go back instead of calling for the number. After the driver went back, they didnt decide to go back out and deliver the order, and didnt see fit to contact us at that point. They then only offered to waive the $0.50 phone charge as consolation, and send the food again which may have been another hour. I decided against that because it had become two hours at this point, and I didnt want to wait until past midnight for cookies. I will never order from them again, bad experience, bad service, stupid and irresponsible drivers.

Ive ordered from Z Baked before and never had an issue, and I kept ordering because I like their unique menu items, theyre close, and they deliver. However, after my last experience with them, I wouldnt want to order again because I wouldnt want this happening again. I ordered online at 7:30 and the delivery time said it would be here by 8:30-:40. I called at 9:10 when it hadnt arrived asking about it, and the guy said it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes, and to call back if it hadnt. So I called back at 9:30, and again he said it would be another 15-20min, and to call back if it hadnt, but this time, he offered me 25% off the bill and store credit, so I was like okay. The food didnt arrive until about 9:45 (I ordered at 7:30). The delivery guy apologized for the delay, handed me the food and started walking off, so I asked "Isnt there something I need to sign?" and he said Nope and left. The food was totally and absolutely cold. Not even a little warm. And my card has been charged for the full price and I havent heard anything about the discount or store credit.

As a loyal customer of Z baked I am only leaving the second star in nostalgia of the good old days.for the past 3 days, in ROW in actually only to have them tell me they couldnt reach me. I have ordered numerous times through your website with absolutely no problem, same phone number same address. After several times of " Not being able to reach me " I have had to call Z baked to have them remind me that I couldnt be reached. Wow! I called you guys Saturday, Sunday, and today ( Monday ) to remind you guys of my phone number after being 1:30-2:00 late, ridiculous. I have been a faithful customer of Z baked and am highly disappointed.

I was a Z baked returning customer for many months, until the order I received last night. I am always very satisfied with my orders, but last night I received over 3 DAY EXPIRED MILK. How the hell can you sell that to someone? Now, I dont know what kind of business they think they have, but to serve this to a customer is atrousciously disgusting. When I called the delivery driver back, he said there was nothing he could do and to try and contact the store. I tried contacting the store, but the "phones were not taking calls at the moment". As of now, I will not ever purchase from this business again.

For the past month now my friends have continuously tried to order from ZBaked. I say to them "You know it took them 3 hours to drop your food off last time..." and they say "I know know." Low and behold, all we ordered was a sandwich and chips, and the order never even made it to our door. The driver claims they knocked and called, but I was here waiting for a knock, and my phone never rang while I was sitting on the couch browsing twitter... Anyways, this place has great food, but terrible service. If you can wait the length of The Lord of the Rings Trilogy for your food, then by all means.

The estimated time for my food delivery was for 8:30pm. At 9:30pm I called and asked where my food was, they said they had called and knocked on my door- when I had never received a call and was waiting basically right by the door for a knock the entire time. The employee I talked to on the phone said I would have to wait at least another hour and pay a $4 "redelivery" fee if I wanted my food. No, thank you. Word of mouth is this happens all the time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My advice is dont be like me and give them that benefit, youll just end up hungry and frustrated.

Visiting Orlando and wanted some dessert at around 8:50pm I placed the order. Said it would arrive in 50min (not bad for fresh baked). After an hour and 20 I called and they said "the driver had just left." So I strolled down to the lobby of the hotel and waited another 20 min (the place is less than 2 miles away). After this I called again, and they said they tried to deliver but couldnt? (Its a hotel open 24/7). So I called and asked for them to bring me my food, and they said they couldnt because they were busy right now.... Dont order from here ever!

My last experience was very poor. The order showed up 30 minutes late, the food was cold and the drinks were warm and the corn dog bites I ordered had the quality as if they were the bottom of the barrel. At least when they called me after my ordered was placed and told me that they ran out of mac n cheese so I couldnt receive my order as it was originally placed they offered to give me a different sandwich or keep the sandwich the same without the mac n cheese and substitute it with some cookies. Sadly the cookies were also stale.
