I made a simple request to not have meat or cheese on my salad, when I got the salad it had cheese on it. Which I dont mind if a restaurant messes up on my special requests every now and then as long as they fix it. When I told them I had asked without cheese they told me theyd make me a new salad. I got my "new" salad which had clearly been my old salad with the cheese just picked out ( there were still plenty of little chunks of cheese throughout) I told them my new salad had cheese in it which they then prompted to lie to my face and tell me theres no cheese on it and that it was a new salad even though I was clearly pointing out the cheese on it! The same occurrence happened to me AGAIN with my "almond milk" latte the next time I went.

Almost every time I do a rapid checkout, its never ready on time. I usually wait several minutes at the shelf before someone asks me if Im waiting for something. Not only that, but many times my order is wrong. One instance I ordered through the drive thru and got the complete wrong order for a different customer. What made that worse was if I was that customer, the order was still missing items. And now the website has been telling me the last several days that nothing in the bakery is in stock to order. No bagels, pastries, or bread. How is that possible??

Have been to this location several times and each time it seems my sandwich gets smaller and smaller. My kids do love the mac and cheese and chocolate chip cookies, so we do still stop in despite the small sandwiches that are around 9$ a piece. But two nights sandwich was the worst thus far. I got the steak and arugula sandwich that cost $9 and was nothing more than a flimsy piece of meat a tomato and some white bread. The sauce on it was the only thing that was good and we left our bill was $30 and I was still hungry. Will not ever go back.

Every time I come to this location they forget something. Its gotten to the point where I have to pull everything out of the bag to make sure double triple check before I walk out. And Im sorry but a customer shouldnt have to do that. This is unacceptable. Tonight my fiancé got a pick 2 mac and steak sandwich I checked the sandwich a little small willing to over look but they forgot the Mac so now all he has to eat is a 3 in sandwich... Thanks Panera.

Ive been coming here since they opened, meeting with friends weekly, and I find the food very good and the staff friendly! I miss the classical music, but still enjoy what they play. Ive used the drive thru on several occasions and never had a problem. Yes they run out of things, but I believe its because the food is that good, it goes fast! A couple of orders have had mistakes, but they apologized and served me expediently!

We ordered the food to go and the girl at the counter told us our name would be called when food is ready. The food according to the receipt was ready withing 2 minutes but it took 14 minutes for us to get our food. Our food sat at the counter for 12 minutes and they never called our name. Well never go back to this location. Thanks for the great service.....NOT

It is now an on-going joke in our family to see if there are any croissants left. Im not one to complain, but today was literally the 6th time in a row that they were out of croissants before 10am. Come on management, get your act together. On top of that, it doesnt even feel like the staff cares that they continue to disappoint.

Two pleasant, quick trips through the drive up lane, around 11 AM and a couple of weeks apart. Ordered you pick two selections each time & was able to get on my way without delay. Cheerful, prompt service and tasty food. Particularly enjoyed the watermelon feta salad. The iced green tea is always refreshing.

Honestly the place is always clean, and the food is always good, but for a place that reps itself as a place with wifi, youd expect a little better than 50kb/s. This has happened every time Ive been. It may be Paneras policy and this location has no say, but its sufferable to open any website.

They went cheap on ingredients, they put less cheese, and now the latte is watered down. I get home and discover this. Update: went to get coffee on January11th. My credit card was charged twice. Seriously!!!! Beware of the drive thru. This place is worse than McDonalds now, and thats sad.

Food is decent for the money, but Ive never seen a place of business thats based off coffee and teas repeatedly have customers complain about how cold the "hot water" and coffee is... One should not have to put their coffee in a microwave to heat it... Unless youre giving it away for free.

Great local Panera. They have a drive thru and online ordering is a snap for pick up there. They have hosted community events including with law enforcement. Clean bathrooms and eating area. Great for meetings or grabbing a quick bite in the drive thru to take to Center Lake Park

I come here most mornings during the week and sometimes at lunch and the staff is really friendly. There was an incident where I ordered food to go and when I got back to work and opened it, the bread was burnt on my sandwich. I was not offered a replacement either when I called.

They have the freshest bread than any other Panera Ive been too. Its the only place I get extra bread at, even later in the evening. If they or you make a mistake, they have no problem fixing it. Ive ate there more times than I would like to admit lol.

Panera itself is a terrible company their soups are prepackaged as are most of their meats and sides. The only thing baked fresh is their bread. This location is alright the customer service is never there and the food just tastes bland.

Need to spice up the egg sandwiches or offer one with some. Eggs taste better when spice is added durring cooking not after. Other then that it is a good place to stress free and enjoy converstion with friends and loved ones.

I know a few people who enjoy this location, but Im still waiting for a time that I go that I find the food enjoyable. Ive been to other locations that I enjoy, its just that in Oviedo they seem to consistently miss the mark.

Everytime I Go there they always get my order wrong. Ive never had the correct sandwhich, and i order it off the menu, nothing special about it. Its literally a sandwhich on the menu and they cant even get that right.

Ive always had consistent cheerful service from the staff and the food is on par with the quality of any other Panera which for me is good. The dining area is kept clean and the ambient music is pleasant enough.

Very frustrated with Panera tonight. I ordered a chicken noodle soup at the drive through and it was basically all broth when I got home. For the cost that was truly disappointing.
