I used to love this place. My family and I would go to watch football almost every Sunday for the last three years. I would stop in for wings and beer about once a week. My children would ask to go here when we wanted to go out to eat. Not anymore. Im not going back. 3 reasons: Terrible Service; high prices; no more QB1 on Sunday. The last three times my family has been there service has been downright awful. No server acknowledgment, see the server once after initial contact, and food taking 45+ minutes to arrive each time. Slow on getting refills and drinks, if at all. Just down right terrible. Three strikes and youre out. Menu prices have also increased greatly since the remodel.Special Tuesday and Thursday are now $.60 wings! Way out of line for the area and other nearby wing specials. This is no where close to a wing special. I can pay less then $7.20 for twelve wings at regular price at other places. The decor is worse then before. The bar area is smaller, without the secondary shelf type bar in the back. While the newer TVs are nice, it does not help when they play football games and say youre a sports bar with PlayMakers, but then do not have QB1. I still like the BW3 wings and sauce, and will visit other locations, but this location has turned me and my family off and is no longer fun, affordable, or a good place to eat.

I love the food at Buffalo wild wings. My boyfriend and I had spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, wings and Mac and cheese for dinner. What really annoyed me was that they sat us down and then left. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get our drink order in. No one even acknowledged we were there. Right when we were about to leave an employee asked if we had been served. She took our drink order and she wasnt even our waitress. After we had our drink our waitress finally appeared and took our food order. Didnt even apologize for ignoring us. Dinner was fine, but when my boyfriend asked for another beer he received a beer with no head and no bubbles. It was flat and disgusting. He drank half and we left. Ive been coming here for years, but every time I go the service gets worse. I gave it two stars because of the hostess who actually took our drink order. I dont know if Ill ever come back to this Buffalo wild wings.

As far as B-Dubs go, this is a very nice one. If you are not familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings, this review is not for you. If you are familiar, this location is on par with the rest food-wise. This location has a very good setup in the bar where you are surrounded with TVs no matter where you look, but they are not overwhelming if you are not interested in following the game, or games. The bar staff is great, and they are as friendly and helpful as you could hope for! Sign up for their emails, and get at least one $15 gift card for your birthday, and another two or three coupons for a free snack pack of wings.

Edit 6 years later: I bumped them up to 4 stars because of improved quality of service and food since our horrible visit below. On a scale of eww, eh or wow, Id give it an eh. 6 years prior to the above updated rating: Server was not friendly, then she left right after we gave her our food order. She said another server would take care of us, but that never happened. The food took over 1/2 hr to arrive, then was freezing cold when it arrived. We had to get our own refills, and never got a check until we asked the girl up front! What a mess! Shame on you, b dubs!

Went on a late Sunday afternoon and not busy at all. After being seated and watching other people be seated after us and their waiter greeting those people I had to ask where our server was. After having our apps brought to us we had to ask for plates and silverware. Wings are overpriced and the sauces are nothing special. Food is your typical mediocre bar style chum. Better off getting a whopper at BK than any of these chains.

The boneless wings were excellent but I thought for the price I should have gotten at least one side. It turns out that I miss read the menu and I would have gotten two sides for 1699 whereas I thought I would get two sides with 1599. Learned a lesson read the fine print better. The service was also very very good

Horrible service, food is ok if you like stuff thats not cooked fresh and held in a warming drawer for who knows how long, did I mention the service is down right horrendous? Do your self a favor and skip this joint and head up to Quaker steak and lube just a few miles away, you wont be disappointed.

The bar food is miserable, barring the tacos. The draught selection is impressive and of course the wings are great. But the service is just okay, probably because they cant keep the staff from quitting, which is probably because the management is exceptionally discontented with their jobs.

I am here so much they know me (well the afternoon crew mostly). The food is so good its addicting. The staff is incredibly kind and remember the smallest details which makes grabbing lunch easy and fast.. I would like to single them out but they ar all good!!!

atmosphere is ok but it just costs way too much. Also had a bad experience during a party where we told the waitress we need our check becuase we had to leave early, but she didnt bring it untill about 45 minutes later. All around not worth the money

It would have been five stars͵ if the worker in the orange shirt wouldnt have blocked my view of the game several times. Other then that every body was nice my food was good. The best buffalo wild wings Ive been to around Cleveland area.

The manager refused to seat us because they only have 2 servers he says yet there were tables open but he said they were to busy to seat anymore, smh never heard of that! Turning away customers because they are to busy??!!

Bartenders pretty much ignore you, so be ready to get sober waiting for a drink. Food is horrible. I gave it more than enough chances to be good but its just not happening. Definitely not my favorite spot to chill.

Some wing sauces are peppery and spicy when they shouldnt, like garlic, so watch ordering wings for kids. I like the food, but I need just a bit more light, super dark in their in the evening. Good service.

Its your typical Bws, friendly people. There were 3 of us here and we all ordered different degrees of hotness on our wings. All three were super hot and all the same. I think they have only one sauce.

The service sucked the drinks were wrong and their version of sprite is tonic water, food took forever to come out and was only acceptable when if finally did. Not happy about the experience.

They messed up our fantasy football draft reservation after it was confirmed with the manager. No plans to return for that event ever again. Food is always good, and the service is friendky.
