Subpar dining experience Went on a Friday around 5pm. There was light traffic in the restaurant, maybe a 3rd full. We were immediately seated, as there were not that many diners there. My wife and I ordered two draft drinks. They were brought out and they were flat, both of them. We let our server know that our drinks were flat and this is when our dining experience went south. Instead of apologizing and taking the flat toilet water we were served, she left the drinks on our table and told us she would speak to the manager. She came back a few minutes later and let us know she told the manager and asked us if we wanted water. We said yes, but really all I wanted was the carbonated IPA that I ordered. Our food comes out and still no fresh drinks. I ask her if her manager followed up with her and she stated that, “He said everything is fine with our taps.” So was she implying that my wife and I were liars? We let her know that we wanted our drinks replaced. My wife ordered another draft cider and I ordered another draft IPA. Well, instead of brining out our ‘tall’ drinks, they brought us shot glasses of our drinks to make sure they were ‘fizzy’ enough for us. After another few minutes, they came back, asked us if they were ok and after we said yes then they brought our drinks. I should mention that in between this they remembered to tell us about their pint specials. As I was taking my family out to a movie, I opted for the pint (as did my wife) instead of the ‘tall’. This cost them a 38% loss of profits on the drinks, as the pints were much cheaper. If they would have dealt with my issue in a quicker manner I would have probably drank 2 ‘talls’ and they would have more than doubled their drink profit. The food was fine, nothing to write home about. The wings were fine and the sauce was good. Ordered celery and carrots with my wings and was given about 5 celery spears and about 5 baby carrots! The men’s bathroom had urine all over the floor and no paper towels. Again, there was HARDLY ANY ONE IN THE RESTERAUNT! Inexcusable! I know this is a ‘college bar’, but we were not there during ‘party hours’. In addition, though it was a short time, we waited a few moments before being seated. There were about 6 servers loitering in the kitchen area before someone noticed and came out to seat my family. This restaurant would be better severed by a manager that focused on customer service as opposed to making paying customers (I’ve been there 3 times in the last week, including a business meeting) feel stupid for not sucking down flat draft drinks. There are a lot of good eating establishments in Kent. If part of your dining expectation is good customer service, you may want to consider another restaurant.

Used to be amazing, now when you order boneless wings, theyre a bunch of small peices that are 100% breading and little to no chicken!! Most of the peices were pure breading. Maybe 5 decent (half dollar size) peices in the mix, the rest were the size of a pennie. Also, it was cold the last few times we were served. Not just luke warm, but room temperature cold. On one visit, I had to catch a waitress that wasnt even ours to request refills as ours never came to check the hour we waited for our food. We waited 30+ minutes for a table (just 2 of us) as we looked around at all the empty tables, we counted at least 9 available on the main floor alone!.....after a half hour wait, we asked to be seated more than once and the girls at the door just go back to chatting. We love BWW and like anywhere we eat, we tip generously, especially for good service since its not the servers fault if food sucks....but in all honesty, this place has gone to poo lately! Food and service! I doubt we go back since the quality of food and service seems to be going downhill at this particular BWWs. Im not a picky person, but I miss the quality food that they had a year ago!

Ordered online and arrived one minute after it was supposed to be ready. I was told it wasnt quite ready yet but paid for the order at the counter. After I sat down I overhear the cashier telling the manager that the kitchen didnt have a ticket. Finally got the food almost 15 minutes later with no apology or mention of why it took so long. This type of thing drives me nuts. Im very understanding when a restaurant is busy (they werent) or when a system malfunctions but at least send someone out to explain why (instead of me just overhearing). An explanation and "sorry it took so long" goes a long way versus just leaving the customer hanging. At least our food was good.

Food prices are a little high when comparing to similar quality and quantity at other places. Servers are normally friendly and well trained. Restaurant is clean and they will put on the games you want to see most of the time. I dont suggest going right when they open. Maybe wait until at least noon. Ive gotten under cooked fries and chicken when going early. Maybe because oils not up to temp? Otherwise, the food has always been good. Love the straight Hot sauce and Wild sauce. Spicy garlic is a great alternative to traditional heat... very savory.

I threw my husband a 30th surprise birthday this past weekend (nob 7th) at the Kent location and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was so accomodating and made sure everything was perfect. Food was out on time and was delicious. When we decided to order more later in the evening there were no issues and the food was out in 10 minutes. Being that it was a surprise, I was very anxious about everything working out and the staff made it so perfect. I could not have asked for a better location to throw a party. My husband loved it!

Went on a moderately busy Saturday evening to watch the Tribe play. Was told 30-40 minute wait which was understandable as it seemed busy. Got seated 10 minutes later in the upstairs which had 10 open tables. Again understandable as they might have opened the area to accommodate the rush. Service was abysmal. Waited a good 15 minutes before any service. Then had to wait 10-15 minutes to get refills on our beers. Overall disappointed.

Amazing Service, Clean facilities, Friendly people, Sports, Trivia, Flat Screen TVs everywhere. Remember on game day... Good Food takes time.... luckily there are 30 Draught Beers and big Screen TVs everywhere! Spending 3 hours here goes by fast with all of the fun, sit back relax, enjoy the game.

Buffalo Wild wings kind of speaks for itself, food is pretty good, only order beer here bc anything else is kind of meh! Most importantly if your are in a hurry THIS IS NOT THE PLACE ....unless u immediately ask for the check after you order you will be waiting .... for what seems like eternity!

Big and busy ... And I dont know why. The area is loaded with fantastic options and theres no need to go to a chain restaurant like this anymore. Any chain bar that parents being their kids to isnt worth taking about. I loved these places in my early twenties but Id rather not be there anymore
