Terrible service, bad quality food for even Taco Bell standards. If I am really craving Taco Bell I go to the one in Stow. All the food is just thrown together in a very messy manner. The drive thru is slow and the workers tend to be rude. One time they messed up an order and I came back in and pointed out they forgot something and the manager and the tall big cashier(I am a short guy) were acting like I was going to be violent and was acting like I was going to beat them up(like I even could) when i wasnt even being rude. I will say it is generally clean in side of the dining area but thats all they got.

This is the worst taco bell in the area hands down. I cant believe it has a decent rating. Your food will be made by a college kid who is just waiting to become the CEO of their own mind and doesnt give a sh about this job. Consistently bad, gave it many chances since I lived in Kent for a decade. Could also be bad management, not sure. Long Johns is also one of the worst

All my life I have searched the world round for triangular chicken. Tonight, that fantasy has been made a reality. Wings just dont quite cut it for me. Theres a bit of an angle there, but it is simply- how should I say- obtuse. From this moment forward, I will measure my life in BTC and ATC (before and after triangular chicken). I mean, its Taco Bell. The food is why youd expect. But its clean and the workers are fast, especially the drive through attendant on the night shift! Sue always has a pep in her step. Morning crew is meh and once they put chipotle chicken instead of sausage in my breakfast crunchwrap (not sure how you make that mistake) but overall its a decently run place!

This is, hands down, the best fast food in Kent. The staff is so nice! (Even at 2 am) They are never slow and never run out of things. I also never have to repeat myself at the drive thru either. My food is always hot. I no longer go to any other fast food place in Kent due to terrible and rude service but this is the only exception! Wonderful place!

The service has always been amazing, but when I went in the other night the service was PHENOMENAL. Carson gave the best customer service I have received at any establishment. She went above and beyond. The food always comes out quickly, with generous portions. Sometimes at Taco Bell my burritos will be squished flat, but never here. Wonderful place.

I dont know why some people hate this place, I go here almost all the time. As a college student its cheap, easy to get, the workers are awesome, and by far the best place to go at 2am after your done studying or done drinking... Both works, both still very good and filling. Quality of the food is better then any other Taco Bell Ive been to.

Been going there for years, and I always tend towards complicated orders, but Ive never once had cold food or a mix-up, both dining room and drive-thru. Ive also never been turned down a "water" cup by the dining room staff, who are both pleasant and friendly as a rule. Its still Taco Bell, but a pretty good Taco Bell.

Anytime I went there after 8:00pm the person taking the orders is always goofing around, talking in funny voices and being stupid. Once when I got to the drive-up window there was a huge cloud of smoke coming out... Because something got burned. Another time they ran out of chicken. By far the worst restaurant in Kent.

This Taco Bell has went through two different remodels and has changed a lot. That said it is still a Taco Bell, open really late for after the bar, also decent food for the price. The people that run the drive through window are very friendly especially for the customers I could imagine they get at 2am.

Cheap food. Most of the basics are OK, but stay away from all of the "limited time" gimmick food items. They are not permanent on the menu for a reason, besides the special items are normally overpriced to pay for the marketing used to push the stuff to teenagers.

Flash cash always down. Nothing done to try to fix. Every other flash cash location works, and when/if they go down, is back up within the week. Taco Bell has been down for months. Solid one star.
