Only thing is their fountain drinks should be better they are horrible and you choose soup or a salad and that is much as you like now either one of those comes with that good unlimited bread so I brought some of that wonderful gnocchi chicken dumpling soup, yeah I brought 15,dollars worth but the waitress tell me I cant get any of the bread with it I told her you got to be kidding you give people unlimited soup and bread but I cant get any after I payed for some on the side and what am I doing paying for the soup and bread that you have let go unlimitedly I dont think so!:either you are going to give me my bread with my soup or you can just take that soup ware you got it from I got my soup and bread and not letting anybody to keep telling me about company policy Damn your policy! !!!! And then have the nerve to tell me that the gratuities tip is 30,dollars people wake up stop letting these types of tell and dictate to you I give you what you deserve your not going to tell me thats whats you are going to get for 2,adults and 2,kids ,you got 10,dollars and better be damn happy with that your waitressing services were OK,

The food is great and until today I really wanted to work there. I went for a first interview yesterday afternoon and it went very well. They asked me to come in today for a second interview with Mike, the General Manager. They schedueled me for 4pm. I arrived 5 . minutes before 4 and informed the Hostess that I was there for a second interview with Mike, the GM. She came back and told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. 45 minutes later, she could see I was getting a little ansy so she went to see what was going on. When she returned, she told me the manager said that he still had two interviews to give before me and that I would have to wait. I sat there stewing for another 10 minutes amd then thought; what the heck am I doing? If this is the incompitent practices of the managerial staff, what would it be like to work for them?. I decided to get up and explain to the Hostess to relay the message that I was leaving and that my time was precious and that I thought it was very rude to schedule everyone at the same time as he did. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Olive Garden is definitely my favorite chain restaurants. I travel all over and enjoy trying new places but often want to go enjoy dinner at a place Im familiar with... I always know what Im getting and how to expect it. However the OG of Mentor is BY FAR THE BEST!!! From the quality of to (the most important part for me) the guest service, NO OTHER Olive Garden even comes close! Behind the bar, Brandi is our server and simply THE BEST, most genuine server in every way! I enjoy coming here so much that Ive become a regular. She knows my order and provides the most pleasant experience every time. In addition to Brandi, the rest of the crew is truly the most friendliest staff anywhere, making the motte, "When your here, your family!" feel every bit true. Thanks to the management and the crew for making Olive Garden in Mentor the BEST (nation-wide)!!!

I think that Olive Garden is a reputable Italian chain restaurant that is a go-to for Americanized Italian food thats flavorful and satisfying. What I like that most about this restaurant is that I can almost always predict that I will be presented with a new, and exciting menu item, special or all around comfortable experience almost always. The building has several sections that have booth style seating, as well as tables and the lighting of the floor is dimly lit, but is set beautifully enough to fit the theme of a romantic date spot. I typically order the unlimited soup and salad, but Ive also tried a variety of their seafood dishes which are always flavorful, filling and unique. I really do enjoy my experience when I visit my local Olive Garden for lunch or a date/dinner night out. Recommended.

One of worst visits to Olive garden. Hostess not pleasant. Slapped menu on table. Seated us in bar. Why? Waiter was too busy talking to other workers about upcoming Cavs game. Took way too long to get our food n when it came my husbands lasagna was not hot. My eggplan was too crispy. Must have set under warmer too long. Waiter didnt return to ask about food, had to ask another staff to get him to get our bill. We go to Erie Pa Olive Garden often n it is much better than Mentor. Will not return.

My wife and I love going to Olive Garden. We have been to 3 other resturants in 3 other states. So far this one rates a 12 out of 10 in total Service. The waiter was friendly and kept coming back frequently. The cook did an awesome job with the food. It tasted all tasted great and was really fast at being delivered. The whole staff, to enclude the manage, was totally friendly. My wife and I will definatly be visiting this place again. I recommend it to anyone and to everyone!! 5 stars!

Typical Olive Garden experience. We waited for a bit for a table but we had a large group (9 of us for a birthday party). The wait was 30 mins...completely acceptable for a group that size. Food was good and fresh. The service from our waitress was bar none, some of the best, most efficient service I have ever had a restaurant! Even with a group as large as we had, we never asked for anything. Always had fresh and full drinks, extra bread sticks, and full salad bowls.

My fiance and I have gone to the Mentor, Ohio Olive Garden for many special occassions and have had nothing but wonderful service, good food and good times. Weve had their $25 for 2 people meal and the choices were plentiful; the only thing that I would like different is if their Chicken Marsala was cheaper priced.....but then the quality would be cheaper as well......so I will gladly pay for better quality. {Compliments for the chef who can make a good rue}.

My boyfriend and I ordered online tonight for a 7:10pm pick up. He arrived, they asked if he could wait another 5 minutes. No problem. Finally....35 minutes later!.... Or order was ready. No apologies for the wait, mind you. Then he got home and the Tiramisu we ordered and paid for was NOT in the bag. Yes its our fault for not checking our order before leaving, but, it still wasnt there and it was on the receipt soooooo Yea. We wont be returning.

Just ate here tonight! It was really good! I had create your own pasta, and selected sausage with the meat sauce. I seen another patron who got alfredo and that looked good, should have gotten that! But the meat sauce was really good anyway. If you come here you better be hungry because they give you plenty to eat! The side salad comes in a bowl and that "side salad" could easily feed two people, possibly three! I cant wait to come back!!!!

(Lunch time) Good food and service once you are in and your server finds you. We waited 30 min to be seated and almost 8 to order our food. With a one hour lunch it was very tight. If they had better waiting seating options it would be better. One or two person Non bar tables would even help. Our server was very friendly and helpful in getting us out on time and the food is enjoyable as always. Just check Google or call ahead.
