This restaurant does not even deserve a star. We ordered from their restaurant this evening and realized once we sat down in our home to eat, one of our orders was made completely wrong. We notified them and asked them to make the correct order and if they would please deliver it to our home, less than five minutes from their location. After calling more than six times regarding the status of our order, the order arrived more than two hours late. The woman informed me she was sorry and that we would receive a complete refund of which would be delivered to us with our meal. The delivery person did not arrive with our refund and upon inquiring the status of our refund, we were informed that we would not be getting one as we received our corrected meal. What has happened to customer service? This is completely ridiculous and we will NEVER eat at this restaurant again.

I have ordered here a few times, the food is usually okay, but theres much better options in medina. The service is AWFUL. Ive ordered delivery from them and they forget to bring things, and it takes almost an hour. Once they forgot egg rolls, and when we called they said they were "too busy" to get us them, and wouldnt give a refund for them. When they forgot our dumplings, they said "how do we know youre not lying" and hung up on me, and when I called back and said they hung up on me, they said "yeah, what do you want" and then told me Id have to come to the restaurant and pick them up, and when I got there and expressed we were unhappy with the way she treated me on the phone, she said she never said that and that it must have been her son I talked to (unlikely, but it shouldnt matter who it was, still bad service!)

Been ordering from these guys for a year and a half. Over the last couple months though we keep getting what I assume is one of these employees childs I assume, trying to take orders over the phone. He sounds like he isnt older than 10 years old, one time he took my order and they delivered stuff we never ordered. Every other time this kid cant understand me and it takes ten minutes to get my order written down. Tonight this child answered again and I hung up after trying to give me him my address three times. Quit letting your child take orders. I think there are child labor laws against that or something haha.....done with you guys though.

Take-out service is excellent. They delivered a delicious meal for my family exactly as promised, even on a snowy Friday evening. Very friendly, courteous delivery driver as well. Remember anonymous negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. This is a great little place in Medina, Im very glad I gave them a chance. Only negative was there was way too much excellent food! I could not honestly rank the Decor as I received delivery, though Google+ made me do it.

Ive been in here a couple of times and now order delivery from them, as I learned they will deliver. There food is great and they have an amazing crab Rangoon. If you want an authentic experience when calling, hope that there 7 year old answers because he will yell at you if you make a mistake when ordering. Its hilarious being yelled at by the young one, because he is smarter than all of us. Eat there food, and hope he answers the phone for a delivery order... ITS AUTHENTIC!

I personally loce Asian Grill. The people are nice also the delivery drivers are also.Great prices too for excellent tasting food!!! There children are adorable and so smart for their age. I give them credit for being so Young and having a interest in restaurant business. With time those children will be great restaurant businessowners one day. Keep up the great work Asian Grill!!!

Great Food, Excellent Customer Service, Great Prices, Delivery is some times slow but worth it. As to complaints: If you cant understand an asian accent, order via the internet. If you want your food now, right now, learn patience or order earlier. Great restaurant, Great food, Great Staff!!!

Like the food but lately they are not as timely and what I really do not like is that these young children are always there and now picking up the phone taking orders? Big thumbs down on that, if this continues Ill go elsewhere. A restaurant is not the proper place to raise children!

My order was incorrect. I asked for noodles with my meal and I received steamed rice, my kids wanted fried rice and they also received steamed rice. When I was unpacking the food, it was spilled at the bottom of the bag. I guess my order was complicated. Not ordering from there again.

New owners recently took over, even says so on the menu. Previously the food was incredible and service was fantastic. Now it takes over an hour for delivery and the food is sub-par. I even gave them a second chance, and both times were the same results. Would not recommend.

So far Im not impressed. First time ordering and Im sure delivery isnt priority but weve been waiting over an hour and a half for our food. Called 20 minutes ago and it was on its way. Im pretty sure the kid that took my order was about 7 or 8 years old. Terrible!!!

We ordered at 5:32 and was told our food would be about 30 min for delivery. It is now 6:58 and still nothing even after calling twice and them telling us he left 10 minutes ago both times. Do not order from there. Atleast not delievery

Used to love this place but it has gone down hill. Was charged twice over the phone and she told my i was lying and hung up on me. Luckily my bank took care of it. Never again.
