Mashiso provides good food at a good value. The ability to create any combination of bowls or wraps, noodles or rice, different meats, different sauces, different veggies, and different toppings means youll never have to have the same thing twice. The bowls are my favorite. You can make them mild or super spicy. They are very filling as you can pack a bowl full of so many ingredients. And the spicy sauces and mayo toppings are very delicious. And they have a great frequent customer plan where you can get a free meal after visiting several times (it was buy 10 get one free originally but i think it has changed since they started using the "Belly" app). Customer service is great as well. Overall a great value for very tasty food.

so.... Im a picky eater and was leary when my girl friends wanted to go to Mashiso. Now Im not a stir fry person and I dont even eat a lot of veggies. I LOVED MASHISO! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and awesome. He let us sample the different meats since we had never been there. Then really like both types of chicken, he informed us that we can split our meats. NICE! I got rice, both types of chicken, and the sweet/tangy sauce. The description of the sauce is spot on! a little spicy, a little sweet. I love my meal! The price was good and the portion was good. The only downfall is that there isnt one closer to me; I think I would be there often! Go try it, very good!!

Mashiso is my favorite place to eat in the Cleveland area. I make at least one weekly journey (aka Mashiso Mondays) and immediately high five whoever I’m sitting next to. The taste and quality of this food shames all major Tremont/Ohio City trendy places costing four times the price. Go get yourself a bowl - half noodle, half fried rice, Mashi chicken, bok choy, Asian slaw, and kimchi. Top with cilantro, cucumbers, cheese, and chili mayo. After you finish handing over your nominal fee, saturate your bowl with sriracha, crack open up a fresh set of chopsticks and dig in. Your flavor sensors will be reset and expectations of food and GREAT SERVICE will be redefined.

I love this place! Food is fresh, real ingredients, healthy, reasonably priced, and tastes great. Ive been picking up 3 bowls about once a week (1 for my girlfriend - she just text me saying how awesome her lunch is - and 2 for me). The food reheats well so its great for lunch and dinner. I use the to go containers for tupperware since theyre dishwasher and microwave safe too

Peanut free! We have a son with a peanut allergy and finding an Asian style restaurant that doesnt serve peanuts is a big deal for us. This is our go to Saturday place (20min drive). Thai Curry Chicken, fresh jalapenos, and wasabi mayo will wake you up. Clean, friendly staff, good food.

epic fail.. for $7.50 I got two cups of veg fried rice, about six bits of beef strip, three pices of broc. some cabbage and sauce. No wonder the place was empty at noon on a weekday. Note to ms. surly behind the counter: I sure hope your boss has the unemployment insurance paid up!

Mashiso is a fantastic take on asian food, and I loved it! It is very similar to chipotle but with an asian twist. It tastes very fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful. If youre in the mood for any asian food or even chipotle this one if definitely worth checking out.

Theyve done their homework and hiring well. Consistently good and ample portions, efficient and attentive staff. They introduce themselves as a Chipotle of Asian Fusion. I dont think they need to do that - theyre already a cut above them in both service and food.

Amazing! My friend tried to get me there on many occasions and when i finally went i wish i would have gone sooner! Got a Bowl with half noodles and half fried rice and spicy pork. Super-delicious! I go at least once a week now. Theres nothing like it.

Think Asian Chipotle and you have the concept down. We went after the peak lunch rush and really enjoyed our food. The staff was friendly and walked us through the options. The bowls that we ate were fresh and fantastic. Highly recommend.

Awesome place for quick eats. Love their meat choices, and the fresh broccoli is a nice touch when getting a bowl. Overall happy with their flavors. Surprised its never really that busy, so you can get in and out quick as well!

I just tried this place a couple weeks ago and have been back a few times already. The food is great. You can make many different combinations. Its like Chipotle but with Asian style food and a more comfortable atmosphere. Yum!

I go out of my way to buy Mashisos wraps. Great example of ethnic fusion food that employs the Chipotle model! I highly recommend it. My only gripe is that theres one location in the Greater Cleveland area.

Chipotle Asian Style! As much I like the idea, the food is pretty meh... like mixing kimchi and curry chicken in the same bowl? Just doesnt seems right by Asian standard. Also, the taste is really Americanized.

This is my favorite place. The food is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, the staff is so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL, and here is the best part...the place is always CLEAN :) ALways have a great experience here!!
