The service here is terrible. I ordered pick up and they never gave me my total. Not a big deal because the prices are online. So I send someone to pick it up and the total was more than it should have been so they didnt have enough money. When I called to ask why it was more than whats listed online the woman that answered the phone told me that the prices are old. I asked her why she didnt tell me my total when I ordered then and she said it was because I didnt ask. I told her I didnt need to ask because the prices (supposedly false prices) were online. She then hung up on me.

The customer service is not great. Their communication skills are ineffective, and their attitude towards me was less than appreciated, Definitely confirm exactly what you want if you choose to order from them, because they are very misleading about what they include with your purchase. They were very rude to me on the phone, as well as condescending. The food is like any other Chinese food place, so if you can get food elsewhere, I would recommend doing that. I am very dissatisfied with how they treated me.

We order from here weekly and love the food. Today 3/20/17, we ordered dinner and found a dead green caterpillar in our food. We called them immediately to let them know what we found in our food and to check the vegetables. The gentleman who picked up was rude to my wife, and says "Sorry about that" and hung up on her. We took pictures, placed the food in a freezer bag and I just reported them to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

I asked for just chicken and fried rice and my friend ordered. When he brought it back his meal which was a lunch special $5 and mine was $20. She gave me 2 whole lunch specials plus the fried rice. On top of that it didnt even taste like fried rice. We were not pleased with anything but the egg rolls and fortune cookies.

i found a piece of metal in my food small enough to be injested. Are these people kidding. I dont know who to report this to but this is rediculous either myself or my girlfriend could have seriously gotten hurt. If anyone knows what my next step should be please respond

This place was great! My boyfriend and I are on vacation down here and went after reading decent ratings. They had our food out quickly and it was delicious. Highly recommended. Warning: take out only though. :)

Food is always on point!! Always looks magazine quality when opening the lid never burnt looking etc. Love this place one of the top in Ocala for sure ! And only takes "About Ten Mini". -In my Chinese voice lol

Great food! This place is only for takeout. They dont have many specials, but if your order the combo plates its more than enough food. Egg rolls are crispy and the food isnt too greasy.

Chicken chow mein was pretty darn good. The pork fried rice was pretty bland. The eggroll was great, as were the crispy noodles. Service was quick and polite. Will go again for sure.
