I am absolutely appalled at the lack of general curiously and service at this location. I waited first in line for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. One person served the customer in front of me while another server train a new person directly over the counter from me without even saying one word to me. Then I decided to leave and still not one person acknowledged anything had happened.My rating would be zero stars if possible. I do not recommend this Cold Stone.

Very fast, and great customer service! JayRee was the one who took my order and he was was really nice and helpful fast and he made my experience here at this location very nice. I would come back here. The location is Maumee ohio.

The ice cream was great, per usual. This location seemed understaffed and couldnt keep up with the crowd/needs of the customers. The tables were dirty and the dining area seemed out of sorts with tables and chairs strewn about.

Has good ice cream mixes, but I fee that it is average considering how expensive it is. Definitely a great dessert, but the only thing is that for the amount of ice cream you get the price should be lower.

The oreo milkshake was just not up to par with what I am used to getting. Last time I went here it was not very good. Big disappointment because those shakes are like 5 bucks.
