If I could rate it zeros stars, I would. There are a handful of people who work there that are great but the one middle eastern man who was around 50, is the rudest, meanest, most lazy man I have ever met. From the start he had an attitude with my fiance and myself. First, I was told a week prior that my favorite ice cream would be in on Tuesday. So I go in and dont see it. The man doesnt even look just says "No." That sucks but its not a big deal. So then I proceed to order my dads ice cream and after he gets the scoops I forgot my dad wanted it sundae style so I tell the man the toppings and he gets an attitude and says "No. I used this scooper for ice cream not this little one. No sundae. I charge you extra for toppings." I say Okay and he then almost yells "I am charging you 2 times for your toppings!" Uh, fine. If I already said okay I dont see what the point is to get an attitude over toppings. There is no one else in the store, its not like the man was in a hurry. This really annoyed me but I let it go and decided to order my shake. It is an odd shake but one that ive been ordering for over 7 years since I was pregnant with my daughter. When I told him the 3 ice creams for the shake, the man says "No. I do one flavor or two. Not 3!" I just ordered the same shake the prior week. And a few times before at this exact location. Please note, Ive been ordering it for 7 years. I have never once had a problem. At this time I decided it was best to leave before I said something I would regret. I handed my fiance money and said I cant and wont do this and went outside. I cried in the parking lot. And not because of the lack of ice cream but because of the man inside. I have never been treated so awful before! Im usually a very bubbly social person. I gave this man no reason for his actions! If we werent bringing back ice cream for our daughter and my father we wouldve just left and said forget it about the ice cream. I am absolutely disgusted by this mans service.

As the previous reviewers have said, this place is awful. Dont waste your time or money. Firstly, the ice cream selection stinks. And most of it looked super old and dry. Most importantly, the customer service is awful. The worker was helping the people in front of us, and we were waiting for our turn. The dude totally skipped over my parents and I. Maybe 5 minutes after we had walked in, a couple people had walked in and formed a line on the other side of the store on the D.D. side. So instead of helping us, he went to help them...after helping one or two of those customers he finally comes back to us. I ordered a shake, but asked if I could sample the flavor I planned on getting to make sure I liked it. The worker told me yeah, and he went to the other side of the store, where he was (I assumed) grabbing a sample spoon. Nope. In reality he had gone back to the other side of the store to help the line of people that had newly walked in on the D. Donut side. Again. The first couple times he did this we had let it slide. I work customer service. I got he was the only worker on the floor. But still. It is just basic customer service and common sense. You help those who arrive first. You finish with the people you are helping before moving on to the next. My family and I were so fed up we just left. We just went to Meijer and bought a couple half gallons of ice cream. Will never set foot in this location ever again and honestly, based on the service I have received in various Baskin Robbins I have frequented, I dont think Ill waste my money at any location again.

I dont know what Im more upset about. The fact that this Baskin Robbins sucks or the 10 minutes of my life I will never get back from reading below two of the longest, whiney, pathetic and lets not forget boring reviews ever. Really folks. Just say it sucks. We dont need all that back story. No one cares about the details of your mundane experience where you behaved like a s**t head.

Baskin-Robbins claims to have 31 flavors of Ice Cream, this location has maybe 12. Who ever picks which ice cream they keep in stock, must be an 80 year old lady. Because the flavor selections are anything but exciting. I would rate this location a 0.
