Im new to this small town and thought the first couple times were pricey but the customer service made up for it! When I went in there today my son was so happy to see the owner because he always gave him smiley face cones. I had a dollar and thought it be no problem for him to give me just an itty bitty squirt of ice cream in the cone since I thought the kiddy size ($1.50) was to big anyway and it would melt. He told me no. He proceeded to tell me he wouldnt do it (the owner) and everybody has a mortgage to pay...right in front of my 3 yr old son and sent us on our way. Now from where Im from (a small town in Utah) this would have never happened! How could u send a local away disappointed and a 3 yr old sad over .50? I called and was told he was to talk busy to talk about it. I dont expect the menu to change for my sake but whatever happened to that local feel and him just saying hey get it to me next time! I dont think $.50 was going to break his bank... especially when I was asking for next to nothing.

Growing up in Belleville, Frosty Boy has always been a staple of the town and my go to place for ice cream. However, I have been extremely disappointed after the last 2 visits. The last few times I have been there, they have made my order wrong. When I ask them to remake it, they grumble and say they dont always make it the same way every time. They very reluctantly take the ice cream and add the stuff they left out. Then they practically throw the messy remake ice cream at you and slam the window in your face. I know that Frosty Boy is the only place in town, but this is making me more willing to drive 15 minutes to the next ice cream shop.

Passing through town. Ice cream was fine and had plenty of selection. Got a banana hot fridge sundae, it hit the spot. But the people taking the orders at the window were rude and brash. Treated my wife poorly and seemed like we were being inconvenient asking them simple questions. Makes me really appreciate my own local yokle soft serve joint, where the kids working are all expected to be kind and helpful, it really (forgive the pun) puts a cherry on top of the experience. Assuming theyre the only place in town, otherwise theyd go under.

My husband and i used to go here a few times a week in the summer. I had my first encounter with the owner and he was the rudest nastiest person i have ever met. He actually told me if i didnt like it i should go somewhere else. So that is exactly what i am doing and suggest everyone else does the same. I can get more in my ice cream at Dairy Queen for less than or the same as what it costs there.

Ive went to Frosty Boy for years. They have great ice cream and the staff is very friendly id recommend it to any of my friends. And as for the 1 star rating on April 16, 2010 i personally know the owner from going their so much the guy is nice and not rude at all and if you actually go their its usually their employees or his son so yeah go back to managing at DairyQueen

Great location for ice cream delights at great pricing and variety. In addition to their prices and options the serving sizes are a good size that even a small waffle bowl will satisfy your ice cream cravings. Location can seem busy around 7-8pm as their is a line out the building but the speed of service never makes the wait too long. Will continue to visit!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger. Received a burger with ketchup mustard pickle and onion. When I asked for it to be corrected, they scraped the pickle off and handed the burger back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The ice cream was good. The service was just OK. They could be a bit more cheerful. It was around $13 for 2 waffle cones with 2 toppings and a small malt. Not the cheapest but Its not exactly a budget spot.

They need to changed the time on here. They said they close at 9:30pm but on here it said they closed at 10pm. My nephews left with sad faces because of the time mix up.
