We ordered two hot fudge sundaes with 2 scoops of ice cream. The worker was trying to make the sundaes and text with the other hand. The staff did not use gloves and had chocolate sauce and whip cream running down the side of the cup. He tried removing with his fingers. When we did receive our order, we got one scoop of ice cream and no spoons. Will NOT be returning to Baskin-Robbins. Very disappointed.

After working a 12 hour shift I stopped by baskin Robbins to wait in drive threw for 15 minutes and no one still took my Order and there was no car in front of me I pulled right out. This is the worst service ever. Will never go back. You need to teach your employees all about guest service and engagement. Have a good day.

Was in this place 3/12/16 around 9pm. The bathrooms were disgusting, and lobby was horrific. Tables were dirty and I dont know what was all over the floor where you order at. This establishment really needs to be cleaned thoroughly! Very disappointed and embarrassed to take family from out of town here.

Love the ice cream but service was SLOW. And one of two sales people was. Hatting with his buddy while I was waiting for other sales to figure out how to use the register. Finally the drive up sales stepped in. Portion size disappointed. Approx 4.5 bites for 2 scoop $5 Sunday.

Waited 23 minutes in drive thru for just one small milkshake. Granted there was a car ahead of me, but first I was on hold ten minutes at the speaker, then I waited around ten minutes at the window before I was even acknowledged. :( My first time visiting a BR.

Horrible service. They closed down early with people still in the drive through line. Didnt say anything to anyone just shut the lights off. I will be driving a little further to Coldstone from now on.

Waited in line for the drive-thru for nobody to take our order. We drove up to the window to see if they would take our order there and all the workers completely ignored us. We ended up just leaving.
