Absolutely Horrible Experience!!! It didnt start off so bad though, we walked in was greeted and seated immediately. This is where the good experience stopped. We waited 15 min looking at the menu and talking amongst ourselves, before another 2 families were seated next to our table. After 5 more minutes THEY received service, getting greeted by their waiter and having their drink selections taken, BEFORE us, still didnt receive a hello by wait staff! As their drinks came back another family was seated. Their waiter soon came out and got their drink selections taken, once again not even a glance in our direction. At this point, 30 min after being seated, we had not gotten any drinks or a hello from any waiter. The last time I visited Olive Tree I received the same service. Its ridiculous that after 2 years they still cant get it together. I tried to give them another chance, but this was the last time. Many of my co workers and friends warned me that service was still lacking but me the optimistic 2nd chance giver had to be hard headed... To those who have been burned before with this restaurant stay wary and new patrons beware.

My Fiancé and I have always wanted to visit the Lithia Springs location but never got around to try it. We just moved to Villa Rica and was excited to see an Olive Tree location right down the block from us. The setting was very homey and cozy. We got drinks, an appetizer, salad, bread rolls, our entrees, and 2 desserts. EVERYTHING was fresh and delicious! Our waiter Brandon was fabulous, very attentive but not over shadowing; he knew exactly when we needed him. Its only been two days, and we are already getting take out from them. GREAT RESTAURANT, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT PEOPLE!

We have eaten at the Villa Rica Olive Tree several times, and weve never had a bad experience - even when some of our meals were to-go. The staff has always been so nice and helpful, the food is always wonderful and well-portioned (often giving us more than we can eat), and there is a relaxing atmosphere. There is often live music on the weekends. It was very pleasant and not too loud. We live about 10 minutes north of Villa Rica, and we plan to continue returning to Olive Tree as our main source of quality italian dining.

I had an encounter with a lady that says she is the owner Teresa. She was hosting most of our party Friday. We had very bad service by her she was very rude and would not seat us where we wanted to be seated. I come in very often. We always sit where we want and always have great customer skills by other employers. This made my experience with olive tree very unpleasant and just because one person made some bad mistakes. the next time I will asked to be seen by someone else or just go to a different restaurant.

The Olive Tree far exceeded all my expectations. The food was amazing, our waiter was the epitome of what a waiter should be, the atmosphere was great, and the price was really reasonable. My husband had spaghetti and I had the Greek pork chops. Both meals came with a salad and bread and my meal came with one side. We also ordered a slice of cheesecake for dessert. All that, drinks included, cost just under $30. Definitely give this place a try!

I have tried both the villa rica and Thornton road locations Thornton a minus zero services rude and will never go back again but villa rica changed me completely clean restrooms great food 5 star waitress I really love this place I live Douglasville close to the Thornton rd location but I will drive to villa rica to eat at that location 5 stars are no enough to give for their employees they should get ten

Quiet atmosphere with a family service feel. We had a long day on a conference and needed good food. Our waitress made sure we were comfortable and got salads for us quickly and made sure we had plenty of food. Everything was amazing and fresh. I must say it looks like a great local spot for Greek food and would totally come back when in the area again. Food was hot and so yummy!

My wife and I went for her birthday. We were so glad we did!! I had the shrimp and Scallop Piccata and my wife had the Baked Ziti. They were both excellent. Our waitress was very polite, professional and quick. We had the terramisou for dessert and we both loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant..

We held our son & daughter in laws rehearsal dinner at the Villa Rica location. It was an awesome experience. They have a private room, the food was excellent, and the service was above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend for dinner or a party.

A gen in small town! Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere we discovered by accident! We are visitors but will definitely be returning on our next visit. It was perfect for our family of grandparents, mom and dad, and two-year old!

Customer service was nothing exceptional but they werent rude. I did love the gyro plate with greek potatoes. Ive gone with my 3 kids and they arent wild and crazy kids but I think this place would make for a great date night.

I ordered the baked spaghetti with Alfredo sauce. It was delicious. The service was also good. If you are looking for a quiet, quaint place to eat some good Italian inspired dishes, this is the place for you.

Everything about the place is perfect - the food, atmosphere and service. Last time for lunch I had the gyro plate with greek potatoes and it was SO good! Very reasonably priced, too so I will be back soon.

Food is ok , but for the price I feel as though we should have got more. Was hungry again in an hour. Carrabas or olive garden are so much better . We live in villa Rica and probley will not be coming back

The food was phenomenal, especially the Calimari and the chiken marsala. What really put this establishment into 5 stars was the service. Head and shoulders abover 95% of the places we have dined in GA.

Pleasent atmosphere, amiable wait staff, great cook. Spot-on gyros. 4 stars because its a great place, its just not Niks at the Backporch on Whitlock in Marietta.
