Chelsey and her team did a terrible job managing customer expectations Friday night, January 24, 2014. We arrived and gladly accepted a 20 minute wait by the hostess. When the wait actually was 20 minutes we were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, Chelsey and company did not manifest the same service levels as the receptionist. After waiting more than 5 minutes for our drink order, Chelsey returned for our meal order. Chelsey took our order very smoothly and politely. The adult beverages were delivered a bit slow, but it was a Friday night so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The meal, however, was over 30 minutes in preparing. 30 minutes to prepare a meal at a BW-3s? How is that possible let alone acceptable? After waiting more than 20 minutes, Chelsey tells us that our wait will be "somewhere between 20 minutes, but not an hour?". Let me get this straight... Chelsey, you are ok telling your customers that the wait will be somewhere between 20 minutes and an hour? Where is your manager? Why are they not relaying this message? Why is the kitchen that backed up? Why are you and the management ok with this practice? No worries, we paid for our adult beverages and left. Chelsey had a salty face when we asked for the check, but clearly the complacency of a backed up kitchen on a Friday night and no management assistance on a Friday night is ok. Therefore we took our money and recommendations elsewhere. Thank you to the other Mason establishment for obtaining our business of 5 patrons.

Terrible.... Food was terrible, got Boneless Wings (teriyaki) they were awful, I was blow away by how bad they were, but without making it obvious I started asking everyone how they liked their food as I continued to eat the "Wings" that I got, downing them with Cold Beer just to kill the after taste. We had a part of 4, out of all 4 of us, we all got different wings, they all hated it. We come here once in a blue moon, and its always been great, but this time was something else. But, Food aside, our server.... We saw her 4 times in our hour and about 20 minute en-devour there. 1st after 15 minutes after we sat down, 2nd time(5minutes or so) with my beer and my buddies beer, no drink for the wife or the 4th person there. 3rd time(about 30 minutes after we placed the order ) with all the food, still no drink for wife or the 4th person. 4th time to tell her we want the checks(5 minutes after we got the food) waited 15 minutes for her to come back, went up to the bar to pay... Left no tip, terrible employee, not her fault on the terrible food, but her service was a whole other level. Ended up paying for the drinks I never received, didnt want to argue with anyone, Lost our business. Would I recommend anyone to come here? No, sadly just no.

My 21 year old son and I showed up at 10:30PM after watching the Reds game and sat down at one of the high tops in the bar area so we could order some chicken wings and watch another baseball game. There was only one other group in the bar area at the time. There were staffers walking around but all of them ignored our attempts to get them to help us. Ten minutes went by and no server came to help us. We decided to sit at the bar to order our food and the bartender, a short skinny guy with long hair in a pony tail, was rude and nasty. He must have been having a bad night because he continued to be a jerk. At one point calling me a dumb ass because we both ordered water while sitting at the bar. Of course if someone had helped us while we sat at a high top then we wouldnt have had to sit at the bar. To make a long story short we walked out and we are never going back.

Second time ordering online. First order, not ready when email said to pick up. Took 30 minutes longer, and realized after halfway home they forgot the drinks I paid for. Trip 2 tonight: Place order online...was given total and pickup time. This time they dont even have the order in their system...only apology offered was "yeah, our online ordering system is pretty crappy, but happy to replace the order and it will be another 20-30 minutes". Really? Since you havent already been paid this visit, we will just leave. Word to the wise, even a confirmation number doesnt guarantee your food, on time, or at all. As a small business owner, it thrills me to see such hideous customer courtesy...

Horrible Place. Had chicken wings and pineapple/cranberry juice there in March 2016 (I can remember the exact date even) with family. All of us violently sick with food poisoning and throwing up our guts. Nastiest food ever. Complained to the store and they referred us to their insurance who aptly decline to even compensate for the Emergency room visit and medication, making a really bad situation worse. Beware and eat at your own risk. Sad that you have to give even 1-star. If there was a way to take away stars and give them a negative i would. To top it up... Lousy service. Cheap is expensive... And not that they are cheap.... But your better off going to a proper restaurant!

I ordered the daily special, boneless wings yesterday. They were disgusting, hard as a brick and dry. I complained and was served a second order, just as bad as the first. After commenting once again I was given a food gift certificate. Went back today and ordered conentional wings with the certificates. Edible, but a far cry from what I remember. I live in the area and have been a steady customer since the days of their prior location here in Mason. Either the cooking staff in inept or they have changed suppliers. The management needs to figure out which or they can kiss their business goodbye due to the terrible product being served.

Had to wait at the door 5 min before being acknowledged by a host/hostess. One person in my party just found an open table and Sat down. Only then were we noticed. Staff was friendly by seemed overwhelmed. Once seated service was good, but we were given our bills before the food even arrived. This pisses me off quite a bit but let it slide. Food was good. Once seated service was fine. Would have received 5 stars were it not for being rushed out of the place before we even got our food!

Great food prepared exactly as ordered-- we had ALOT of modifications. Quick service and very happy with the soft drinks-- not watered down or too much ice, 1 lasted the entire meal for everyone in our party. Onions rings were perfectly cooked-- not slimy at all and perfect batter. The Philly sub was definitely worth trying. Our waitress was very attentive and quick! Will be back to visit soon.

I would like to thank this location for convincing me to stop giving them my business. Every Tuesday for the past year my co-wkr and I purchased lunch here. Ive begged for all of my wings to have sauce (not just 3 or 4). Ive begged for WELL DONE wings bc they dont usually cook them properly. So my sincerest thanks to this location for the lack of concern for this former loyal idiot!
